I wrote a review and was waiting on a call from the district manager, he called and hung up on me not once but twice. So nice that they called back, not to address the issue of the rats but to hang up on me. I also want to explain that these "RATS" were not little rats, they were large RATS! The original reason I put most of this stuff in storage was because my son died in 2004, I put a lot of my son's stuff in storage because I could not bear to part with it but I also could not bear to look at it every day either. So stuff that was priceless to me that belonged to my dear son who passed away is ruined because RATS ate some of it, made nest in some of his clothes, ruined my son's quilt. A quilt that was made for him by his grandmother, who is also deceased now. I was told by the main office and I quote -- "It was your fault for putting stuff that belonged to your son into storage." So I should have kept my son's stuff around me all the time and then maybe I wouldn't be writing this review because I would have killed myself. Charlie always kept the units free from Rats, mice and so on. if you have mice, you have snakes, you have rats, you have bigger snakes. So I wonder how many people are going to move their stuff out of there and find a nice big snake in their stuff. I put out rat poison near and in the boxes I took out of that storage, I intend to put those rats into a box and see just how many rats are in my things. Things that can't be replaced, childhood memories destroyed. Pictures of my children from school destroyed by rat piss. So did they follow up on my complaint, NO. Do they intend to do anything about it, No! They said because its outside they can't do anything about it. So if you want to collect Rats because you need food for your snakes, this is the place for you. If you want your stuff safe and "SECURE" find another place to store it. read more
