Stayed here for our honeymoon. The views from the beach front rooms were gorgeous and the beach was rather quiet and clean our entire visit. Staff was very friendly from the moment we got there in getting us setup in our suite and whenever we needed anything. Rooms were nice, though we did have a bedroom AC that would not get very cool, and the toilet stopped refilling with water on our last day. The bar and restaurant on site were a frequent stop during our stay and had great food and drinks. Also loved the local kitties that made an appearance every night at dinner. Fairly priced accommodations and lots of space. Would stay again!

Awesome resort and location, clean and nice rooms. Some of the best snorkeling right from the beachfront. Very friendly staff and attentive. The only disappointment was the restaurants didn't have many food options on the menu. The sunset grill is over rated and our waitress was mediocre at best, not attentive to our table for service. However the Patio service and bar is a much better experience and service. Again the menu selection is limited for breakfast and lunch and dinner are the same menu.

Recently spent a week in Virgin Islands and had the pleasure of staying here on two different occasions. My first night was upon arrival. The room and view were the perfect island ambiance. Woke up to the beautiful beach and the smell of great food. Went to the Sunset Grille that night for dinner and the manager on duty, Johnnie(sp?), gave me and my party 5 star treatment. The food was excellent. My friend had the red snapper, which she described as mouth watering . Our host had a seafood dish and I had a tasty chicken entree. We visited other islands during our stay as well. When we returned to Secret Harbor we were assigned a different room which was even more impressive. We ate breakfast that next morning in the cafe...wonderful service and great food!! We took lots of selfies and live videos on the beach and even went kayaking!! Relaxing in a hammock in the evenings and sightseeing during the day were my favorite experiences. Our host used her passport ID to register and somehow it became lost. Also a phone charger was left in the room from our initial stay. The manager, Javier, was able to locate them and both were returned. For me, the staff was friendly and helpful each and every day no matter what time or need. However, I can't say the same for my friends. We did have some issues which were resolved by the manager. I've read so many of the other reviews and I'm not sure what was going on during their stays or if those people traveled together and each write a review but my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Maybe because I went after the extremes of covid lock down. I plan on returning for more great fun and relaxation. Prayerfully it will be great again.

GREAT location, right on beach with great sunset views (no sunrise view). The cove has very good snorkeling (turtles and lots of fish) not a lot of coral. We stayed 8 nights in building 2 on 3rd floor and it was fabulous. It is not 5star but the view is and that was the reason we chose this place. We visited other resorts during the stay and are very happy about our choice! Frenchman, Margaritaville, St Ritz - none had a better balcony beach/ocean view. Other location amenities and higher end features were may be better but it comes down to location to beach, beach access and view and for the money you will not find anything better in my opinion!

Looks old, and the kitchen is terrible, they will NOT accommodate any changes to their menu. Wish we would have picked a different resort.

Great empty beach with good snorkeling. Limited parking available. Saw plenty of turtles and the resident octopus.

That's a whole different animal. This is where I first stumbled back when I was younger, fresh off a cruise ship that still somehow catered to humans with actual careers and social skills. We're talking a mix of doctors, nurses, librarians, accountants basically a bunch of people who could've handled a cocktail conversation without spilling it on the floor. Somehow, we all crammed into a cab together like a weird, classy, floating circus and headed into paradise. From the first step onto the sand, it was like sneaking into a secret club. Quiet, but not dead alive in that off-the-beaten-path, slightly dangerous way that makes your heart race. And just to make sure I was awake, an iguana ran across my path like it had a personal vendetta against my shoes. Almost had a heart attack, but then I laughed because that's the thing about Sapphire: it keeps you on your toes. It doesn't apologize for being beautiful. It doesn't care if you're clumsy. You just show up, and it rewards you. The people you meet here are the kind of humans that make you feel like life is actually interesting. A local guy struck up a conversation, telling stories I'm pretty sure he made up, but I didn't care he had charm, he had laughter, he had a way of making the sun shine brighter. You can sip a drink, let the waves tickle your toes, and feel like you're part of some romantic, slightly naughty adventure. This is not a beach where you're polite and reserved. No, this is where you can be foolish, wild, flirt with danger a little, maybe even flirt with the cute stranger who's laughing too loud nearby. I've been back to St. Thomas a handful of times since that first visit. I've done tours, cruised other islands, seen a million beaches but none hit like Sapphire. It's my private playground, where you can act like a bad boy, a romantic, a reckless genius, all while the ocean hums in approval. And the best part? You don't have to shout to be noticed. You just exist there, and somehow that's enough. So here's the takeaway: take a cab with strangers, meet a few locals, sip something dangerously strong, and let the beach do the rest. You'll leave with sand in your shoes, a tan line on your soul, and a story that sounds like it belongs in a movie. Sapphire Beach isn't just a beach. It's adventure, romance, comedy, and a little bit of crime all rolled into one glorious, sun-drenched package. It's my kind of bad, my kind of fun, and if you listen closely, you might just hear it whispering your name too.

We rented from Jaw Beach Rentals, where we interacted with a staff member named Bennie (recognizable by his large beard). During our interaction, he was quite impolite and used inappropriate language, which made us feel uncomfortable. What was more concerning is that we also observed similar behavior toward other couples nearby, suggesting this may not have been an isolated incident. Coki Point Beach itself is beautiful, with clear water and excellent snorkeling, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Situations like this take away from what should otherwise be a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that there is better oversight to ensure visitors are treated with basic respect and professionalism.
