Great place to get away from the crowd and noise of the ferry. Food is just OK though.

We visited on a Saturday morning and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes before a table opened up, which honestly made sense once we saw how busy the place was. The food ended up being exactly what I wanted before a long day of hiking. I ordered the Breakfast Bowl, which came with a half order of biscuits and gravy, one egg, and two sausage links. The portion was perfect for me since I don't like a huge breakfast, but it was still really filling and tasted great. The service was excellent. Our server was super kind and friendly to me and my friends, and the whole experience felt very welcoming. It had that small-town breakfast spot vibe where it feels like all the locals come to start their day, and even as visitors we felt right at home. The ambiance really adds to the charm. The dining area is a medium-sized room packed with as many tables and chairs as it can fit, and every seat was filled. It felt lively in the best way and showed how popular the place is. The restaurant is also located at a small airport, which makes the setting outside pretty cool and unique. Overall, the food and atmosphere were perfect for a breakfast stop. That one meal kept me fueled through our visit to Sequoia including an 8-mile hike, which honestly surprised me. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Onion rings are fresh and the sweet taste linger within your mouth, but it's a bit greasy. Service: the staff is sweet and nice. One thing bothers us is that he check is handwritten and when we pay with credit card the amount didn't add up. They didn't mention any credit card fees which is weird. Ambiance: we searched online and found this place and the moment we arrived we understood why it's called "The Runway" as it is literally located next to an airplane runway and the interiors are amazing! Very detailed decor including the lights!

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning, thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded. There's something for everyone on their men. I think they have some of the best matcha's around (but if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener.. you probably won't like a real matcha from here) -- I say this bc people complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol -- all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out. Plenty of spaces to work from (one of my fav spots) Service is always ask expected for hand crafted drinks and food! The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products, love that! Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha I will always come here for food/homemade pastries , a drink or to work!

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

This visit introduced a whole new level of strangeness: The employees not knowing what they serve. 1 out of 2 employees being caught unaware is acceptable, but both?! ¡Que! I was simply going to test the waters by ordering something basic, but had to ask what their Craft coffees were. The cashier wasn't sure what I asked, looked up at the menu, and we had to point to the second board for her to understand what the words were coming out of our mouth. She the. Asked the only other employee beside her, who follows up with (insert generic answer here). Actually, you know what? I'm going to tell you. He said, "it's our craft drinks, we make it special here." What's special about it you ask? I know that one of their 'special' drinks, the coconut blonde, was EXACTLY the bland drink I've ordered here before, which lacks every essence of the word special. We got an iced vanilla oatmilk latte, thought it was good, and wondered why, in our 3 hour visit to explore Hanford, that One Eleven was the ONLY bad experience.

Super aromatic and tasted even better since you can see them pulling the espresso shot. My friend's lavender latte was delicious. First floral note giving away to an excellent latte. They know their stuff here. We loved the staff here. Very friendly and helpful, I loved complimenting the baristas on their craft and passing along the cheerfulness from the cashier who was very welcoming. They were very methodical and consistent with each drink, it seems. The shop was cute, with ample parking. The patio was busy-ish with people flocking in and out to pick up their orders once their name was called. I liked the combination of rustic and modern decorations, making for AN EXCELLENT stop before heading in or out of Yosemite. This coffee is worth going out of the way for since you will be leaving very happy after pleasant interactions and a deliiiiiicious coffee. 10/10!

Unfortunately, the quality was far below expectations. The coffee had a noticeably salty, unpleasant taste, and the matcha was extremely bitter with no trace of vanilla at all. We order this same drink regularly at other cafés, so we know what it should taste like--this was not it at all. It was also far too strong for a child, despite specifically asking for it to be kid-friendly. When I politely brought this up, I was surprised by how it was handled. I simply asked to add a little vanilla for it to taste better. Instead of offering to remake the drink or find a solution, I was told I would need to purchase a new one. I rarely ever ask for drinks to be redone, but this one was genuinely undrinkable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional, particularly from an employee named DJ. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and unheard. Overall, poor quality drinks and disappointing customer service. We won't be returning.
