We rented Seattle Water Tours as a company fun event rather than as an individual and it was great! We pretty much rented the whole boat and it was good for 40 people. The process was very easy and they got back to us very fast! The pricing is very reasonable and even gave us a small discount. In regards of the experience, it was AMAZING! We did the tour at night and the captain and his assistant was very nice and patient on making sure that our questions are answered and even gave a narration of Seattle history and the impact of the Lake Union on Seattle's growth. Parking was also pretty easy to find since it is right by the park, so it has a parking lot. It's right next to MOHAI which makes it very convenient. I would say though that we were expecting free ice cream, but you had to pay extra for that which was kinda disappointing.

COVID TIMES REVIEW. This ride is one of fewer attractions that I would say it doesn't seem to affected by the pandemic (at this time) because it's OUTDOORS and most of the passengers wear masks. We were asked to wear a mask as long as we were in the lower deck/cabin; and it wasn't too crowded. So feel safe to ride with them. Having said that I'd say that this is good choice for people who has never been in Lake Union. It's a short ride with fun facts shared by the Capitan and a lovely view of Seattle skyline. Very touristy. Let's start from the beginning. We arrived Sunday morning at 10AM and there was already a line, but it was until 10:30 that the Ice cream cruise arrived. We were able to jump in at 10:45 and the ship sales right in time (11:00am) All the crew is super friendly, and the Capitan is kind and very patient. Just for you to know that your ticket DOESNT include the ice cream, but for $2 or $3 you can buy cookie ice cream sandwiches and/or Hagen Däas ice cream.

Such a fun 1 hr cruise around Seattle area for $15 per person, definitely beautiful views and lots of history learned . Def check it out.!!

Best kept Seattle secret! Great inexpensive way to get out on the lake and see some of the views and sights of the city. I recommend for every person having people visiting from out of town hands down. Pick up is at Mohai dock and $12 per adult.

Sunday ice cream cruiser review: For a business that is aimed towards families with children the captain was quite rude and lacked any patience for them whatsoever. The boat is in need of an update, almost got stuck coming up to the dock (literally loud grinding and repeated attempts to move forward towards the dock, feeling the impact of the bottom of the boat hitting the bottom of the bay) and the ice cream choices were like the last ones you'd pick from the side of an ice cream truck but for triple the price . Not hand scooped as their page would have you believe unless you are getting a mediocre root beer float. The woman who was serving ice cream and lining up people on the dock was also impatient and rude. You only had about 15-20 minutes to buy ice cream on this tour and were cut off if she had to leave her post. If kids were in their way... it's a narrow boat, they would snap at them; if they touched the chess pieces they snapped at them... how's about offering more kid friendly options? I understand safety is of the utmost importance but this was excessive and everyone on board seemed put off by the captains attitude including all 7 in our group. This tour is not as great or as fun as ride the ducks but had nice views near Fremont when you weren't being crammed, snapped at or shuffled in and out of place. Stars are solely for the views.

We did the ice cream boat tour. It was fabulous. The captain had great commentary and I learned some really cool things. You pay extra for ice cream but it was a reasonable price.

What a fantastic way to see Seattle on an incredible sunny day. The sky was blue, sun was shining on our backs, and a light breeze on our face as we leisurely guided through Lake Union. The captain provided a great guided tour, gave us some history, and served us ice cream. I would definitely go back. It was a great bargain at $11 a person for a 45min tour of the lake. Next time I'm bringing beer!

Start at the bottom and cruise counter clockwise

The experience was worth every penny and then some. The luxury, quality, and attention to detail is unmatched. Mark, the owner, was so attentive and a pleasure to work with. He took care of all the details and answered all my questions. The boat was beautiful and spacious for the two of us. We enjoyed the views and conversation with the crew immensely. My husband is a huge Sleepless in Seattle fan and the highlight of the evening was passing the floating house. The food was amazing. Everything was farm to fork fresh and prepared by a chef onboard. I highly recommend the crab cakes and homemade bourbon ice-cream. The pace of the evening was lovely, it didn't feel rushed or lagging. You could tell Mark worked hard to make sure that our experience from the moment we stepped aboard was seamless. He thought of everything, even providing a cozy blanket when the wind became a little chilly towards the end of the night. I cannot recommend Enchantress Cruises enough! Thank you for a lovely and memorable evening!

We ended up really enjoying the tour and would highly recommend to visitors. This would especially be a great thing to add to your itinerary if you're only in the city for a short time, as you get to see a lot of landmarks in a short time. You also get to hear about the city's history and key industries. The ride overall is pretty smooth, and my husband, who gets motion sickness, was totally fine. The boat when docked can experience a little more motion, however, so your mileage may vary. We also found it easy to get seats with good views, and the guides were easy to hear anywhere on the boat. The check-in and onboarding process was super easy. The ship promptly left dock at designated time. The top deck had open view. The second level had enclosed area with glass window views. Also both ends were open to guests as well. From start to end, the staff member did an amazing job of narrating many aspects of the views from the deck. A lot of it was about the downtown Seattle buildings, Space Needle, buildings and parks by the shore, the sea ports and many other cool facts along the way. I throughly enjoyed the hour long tour. The weather was also fantastic to take stunning pictures of the downtown, the mountains and the port. They also had a bar in second level where they served alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, pop corn and some small snacks. Prices were decent for it being a tourist activity. We liked both popcorn and the strawberry lemonade.

Clients are pampered, fed three gourmet meals each day, and taken on beautiful excursions. We saw an abundance of whales, dall porpoises, sea otters, harbor seals, sea lions, bald eagles, deer, and bears. Fishing was a delightful success(we shipped 43 pounds of salmon and halibut home). After our cruise, we explored Alaska by land, and although still scenic, the whole land experience was anticlimactic. Only 6 guests allowed, so the boat is quiet and not over crowded. Only 2-3 crew members who take care of everything and with a smile. They emphasize making the trip as stress-free as possible-and it was. Spacious boat, nice, clean rooms, delicious food, friendly crew. Watch and learn from the chef (who will cater to your likes/dislikes, food allergies and preferences), hang out in the wheelhouse and talk with the captain while looking for wildlife, and drive the boat. Great for all ages-fellow travelers ranged from teen to senior. Lots to do on the boat like movies and local books and plenty more off the boat- kayaking, whaler for easier sight-seeing, 27' sport boat so we could fish as often as we wanted (fishing licenses included-so one less thing we had to deal with). Caught crab and fish and had it for our meals the same day and beyond! We even had some to take home. We saw so much wildlife and other special sites without the cost of extra excursion fares. We rarely saw other boats (besides fishermen) so we were out in Alaska's natural element to take in the scenery with privacy-no big cruise ships or 1000s of people-just a small boat and nature. We were able to get close to wildlife without disturbing them or they followed our boat for up-close and personal experiences-from whales to porpoises, bears to porcupines. You spend a lot of time at sea but in a good way-taking in the surroundings you normally wouldn't see with other tours (large cruises) or traveling on your own. But you can make stops in town for a night depending on what tour you book. With never being on a private charter tour before, we really didn't know what to expect, but we were blown away with the experience and being spoiled. PS - They were great about getting back to us when we had additional questions before booking the trip. Also, they will work to pick you up at your hotel or airport.
