The staff was friendly and helpful, the scenery was beautiful and to top it all off we brought home some delicious coho salmon. Alright guys, let me just say I had literally the best Saturday OF MY LIFE with these guys (zero exaggeration). Not only did I catch a salmon, but Michael, our Captain, took us right up to a humpback whale... I mean literally, it was rubbing against our boat... we were that close! Savannah was our skipper (I think that's proper terminology). She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly, Savannah was prepping the bait and gutting the fish and it was mesmerizing to watch. She clearly has had a ton of experience and knows exactly what she's doing. SO cool. I really admire her! Not everyone caught a fish, but I did, and it was amazing. The adrenaline from reeling it in was so fun. Regardless, there's something about getting up early and watching the sunrise on the water that's just magical. We saw a humpback whale... up close and personal, and while that may not be the norm, we also saw a bunch of other sea life including porpis, sea lions and sea otters. Overall it's just a pleasant experience - just don't come in thinking your whole party will catch fish, because that certainly is not the case. HOWEVER - I will say - Michael was great about moving us to areas where there were fish and "bait fish" (whatever that means). The captain sets you up for success, and that's about all you can ask for! Tip: they tell you to show up at 5:45. We got there at 5:45 and nobody was there.. we were starting to think we were in the wrong spot or it was the wrong day. BUT, right around 6, sure enough everyone else showed up! Just a heads up :) Tip #2: Even if the weather looks nice... BRING LAYERS!! I almost left my winter jacket behind, as I was feeling foolish after seeing what everyone else was wearing. I'll start by addressing the elephant in the room immediately and saying that something significant must have changed because if I would have saw their reviews before we booked this charter I would have been quite scared. There MUST have been a change in management or something, because we had a significantly different experience. My husband loves fishing and decided I needed to go on an adventure to hopefully love fishing like he does -- so he booked this charter. We got strategic on our planning dates, attempting to go on a date where salmon would be running. Boy oh boy did we predict well. We arrived a little early, and there wasn't a person in sight. Don't be scared if this happens to you, because we didn't walk down to the boat until at least 25+ minutes past arrival time. Anyhow, our captain Michael was awesome. What you would expect from a fisherman. We took off and went to a spot he knew of and were ready to catch some pink salmon -- which were hot at the time. We all were excited to catch fish and within the first minute we were already catching fish! Within 30 minutes, we had caught almost 20 fish. I recognize we were lucky to have caught so many fish, but regardless it was a blast. We actually caught so many fish that we ended up having to go home a little early because we caught our fish limit for the day. The boat was an obvious fishing boat, but had plenty of room for the group, was clean, and had coffee for those interested. We were also welcome to bring our own snacks and drinks to enjoy during the trip. We ended up each taking home two fish! They even cleaned them up for us. We loved the experience -- fishing is fun when you catch lots of fish! I highly recommend Michael and his team. read more

To the captain who stood up my husband & brother in law this morning for their fishing trip . Not cool My Brother in law drove all the way from San Diego for this visit . This morning they got up at 4:00 AM drove from Seattle to Edmonds to stand around with the 4 other people who booked the trip waiting for 2 hours . No communication still at 3:00 this afternoon Hope everything is ok but beware if you are booking with this group . There are previous similar reviews which I wish we had seen sooner . If I could give this company no stars, I would. A friend and I booked a salmon fishing charter for September 6, 2022 but the captain was a no-show. We arrived as instructed to the waterfront office at 5:15am for check-in, but decided to leave by 6:30am when no one showed up or answered our phone calls. We left messages and even sent a text directly to the captain to try to find out what was going on. Three days have passed and no one from this company has responded to my messages or reached out to apologize. We travelled 90 minutes for this charter, and it seems crazy that no one from the company has contacted me with an explanation or apology. My friend finally reached out herself the day after the booking and spoke with the operatorand who "didn't even know the captain was a no-show" (despite all of our VMs?). I read all of these other reviews about how much fun people had on their trips. I'm sure we would have had a great time, too, if only the captain had shown up. Now I see that this has happened before, with exactly the same response. I realize that things come up and people get sick, but the company follow-up has been surprisingly unprofessional. Booked a premium charter to pay extra so we could have the boat to ourselves (5) people. Booked over one month ahead and confirmed we were still on two days before. We arrived at 5:30 am and the office was closed I called the business line as well as texting and calling boat captain with no answer. We waited until 7:30 with nobody showing up or calling us. I called several times each day after with no answer and nobody calling me back to return my messages. 8 days after the trip I called and got an answer and was told they had a family emergency and were going to call me back. Meanwhile they had been posting photos of recent trips on Facebook, so they were still taking people out after standing us up. Poor business practices and customer service ! read more

It was another wondaful day on the water with Michael and Jordan who kept our hooks full of bait all day. Our boat got a Coho and a few nibbles but we didn't get anything,. I bought my 23 yr old daughtNer a Ling Cod fishing trip for her birthday. We were told to be there at 5:30 am. We arrived at 5:15 and 6 other people were there and two more arrived shortly after. No one from All Seasons Charters showed up. (We waited for 1 1/2 hours) I called and left a message and asked for my call to be returned. @3:30 my call still wasn't returned so I called again. The woman that answered said the trip was cancelled due to something broken on the boat. She said she called everyone ( She obviously didn't call everyone if 10 people were there) she was rude and unapologetic. Said the Ling Cod trips were ending, didn't offer to re-book or anything...horrible customer service. We were really looking forward to this trip, took the day off work and it was a huge disappointment. read more

I am super pissed! Terrible customer service! This was suppose to be a bachelor party for my fiancé. I had all the groomsmen purchase groupons. I called months ago to schedule the day and time. Then I called today to add one more person and they didn't have my reservation down. How irresponsible! And of course the charters are completely booked that day. Now I am having all the guys return their groupons. What a headache and disappointment. They were so excited and the two women I spoke with on the phone were ridiculous. Had an amazing experience with All Season Charters last weekend. Unfortunately as it was the end of the season, we only caught one good sized salmon, but each of us hooked some smaller fish. It was a beautiful day on the water and we ended up seeing a bunch of sea life on puget sound including a pod of Orcas at the end of the day which swam right under the boat! The crew really went above and beyond to accommodate us and my group and I are looking forward to returning for peak season next year read more

Bought a salmon fishing trip with All Seasons charters from Groupon along with a couple friends and family members. Captain never talked to anyone on the boat and just played on his phone the whole time. The deck hands busted their asses and were super freindly. At the end only one person got a fish (my brother), no one else even got a bite, the decks hands asked if he wanted it cleaned but before he could answer the Captain told them to put it into a bag he was holding which he then shoved towards me brother before saying (in a somewhat rude way) "have a nice day" and walking away. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this charter and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I know you are not guaranteed to catch fish but a little customer service goes a long way. My wife and I have done couple of whale watching trips before including one in Alaska. This summer we thought of going for gray whale watching and chose all season charters and the trip was simply amazing. We made a reservation for afternoon tour on Saturday. The caption Michel and his team briefed us on security and throughout the trip keep us informed on whales and other wild life that we saw. They actually took time to interact with us and make sure we were all having a great time. We saw Californian sea lions bald eagles and gray whales. We saw four different whales from very close to our boat and for quite a long time. I have never enjoyed myself on whale watching more than this. We cruised along side the whales and even saw their tails. It was incredible ad unforgettable experience with all season charters. read more

Booked a charter trip with some guys from the office, spent a great day out in the sound fishing. Captain Mike and Savannah looked after us all very well, ensuring we had all the help and guidance we needed. The down side was that we didn't catch any Coho, but we did catch a couple of other fun fish. Mike even added a couple of additional hours on at the end in an attempt to help up catch the seemingly elusive coho. My son and I were more than pleased with the fishing charter. The owners were very accommodating and generous. The skipper and deck hand were hard working and friendly. They did all they could to make the day-long trip successful. As an added bonus the skipper sighted a pod of orcas and took the boat right into their midst for some of the best whale watching we'd experienced. Would recommend to anyone! read more

I wanted to give my son a weekend whale-watching trip for his 18th birthday in April. I called three times; the first time I was put on hold a long time, then told there were no openings, but I could call back next week, the first weekend in May, as trips were going to extend into That weekend. I called back as directed and a woman took my number for a wait list and told me to call back later in the day; when I did so I was told the person who answered the other two calls had been mistaken, there is no more whale-watching. So I was flabbergasted to be awakened before 6 am today, a weekday, weeks later, to be told my son was already late for a fishing trip more than an hour's drive away -- apparently he had not been wait-listed for the non-existent weekend whale-watching but booked for something neither of us were informed about. We went out on a great day...nice and sunny. We got there early to go out for the morning however, we didn't leave until after 6:30am. Once we got out though, it wasn't too long before we got to the fishing. We caught 2 salmon pretty early on but then didn't catch anything for a few hours. We kept looking and finally came to a good spot and caught 7 more fish. We didn't all catch some, but it was still a fun trip! Mike and Tony did a great job for us.
