The first project a year ago was cleaning windows, inside and out. Great scheduling, communication, and easy payment. Windows are always clean - have them come in quarterly. Had additional project done in winter: cleaning our roof to remove moss and other debris, as well as cleaning gutters. The roof looks like new! Great work and customer service. read more

Due to their low prices I increased the project size to include washing outside, inside and screen cleaning. The final price was cheaper than I expected and the quality of work was out of this world!! I barely even notice the screens now and the windows are crystal clear. Derrick and his partner showed up on time and worked quickly. I loved their work so much and it so affordable that I have scheduled them for next year or I may consider a 6 month touch up! They responded within the hour and were able to have someone over two days later to follow up with a quote. For $412.88, they were able to clean all the moss off my roof, treat my roof to prevent further growth, and repair and clean my gutters. I cannot say enough good things about Seattle Super Shine. I live in a three story townhome and needed my roof and gutters cleaned. I requested quotes from about a dozen places - most either didn't respond or said they wouldn't work on a three story building, and the places that would could not be bothered to answer any basic questions like how long the project would take and if they had insurance. While at work, my partner met Dave and learned he did roof cleaning, so I contacted SSS for a quote. Jesse got back to me the same day with a detailed quote that was competitive with others I'd gotten, and he answered all of my questions. He was nice and thorough and patient, which in my experience with contractors is sadly rare. Dave and Elohim came out to do the cleaning, and they were amazing - they did a fantastic job, were nice + normal, and clearly cared about their work.
