This theater keeps me entertained on all my walk/runs around Greenlake. I always make a point to stop and look at this season's offerings. I think it's easy to forget it's here, even though it's something many people see on a regular basis. It's also easy to forget that it is easily accessible from a nearby parking lot. The inside is intimate, meaning almost all seats are great (a few do seem partially obscured), but since it's so small its easy to see and hear the performance without difficulty. You can buy from the theater directly, or I often see shows listed on Goldstar. There's multiple bathrooms, they sell drinks and a few snacks, they let you bring your drinks into the theater, but no eating in there. I recently saw A Very Die Hard Christmas, this was the best thing I have seen in a long time. I may make this a yearly tradition, l at least want to see it one more time in a future season. I've seen other things here in the past, but they escape me at this time. There's another Christmas themed show this season as well. This is the kind of place where it would be fun to be a season ticket holder, lots of places nearby to dine/drink before or after a show. Everyone was super friendly and It's much easier to access than going to a show in downtown Seattle.

I saw a production of Unrivaled and it was a really intimate and fun experience! Who knew this park had a theater in it? You're super close to the performers, and every seat is a good seat. Highly recommend, value and passion of the performers cannot be beat.

Loved the particular show we went to "a very die hard Christmas" there was some great acting, clever dialogue, clever props and it was hilarious to boot - I'm really glad we went here At first I was apprehensive choosing this instead of downtown Seattle where we normally go - happily there's plenty of great places to eat nearby even within walking distance (we went to Jaks) More bonuses for this theater: free parking is nearby within walking distance, there's almost no traffic compared to Seattle the staff are friendly the theater is small but well-appointed We had reserved seats right in front. I'd love to see more shows here and I will even go to this show next year if they're still running it, five stars!

Recently came to see A Very Die Hard Christmas - The Musical at Seattle Public Theater! Love this little theater for what it is, a place for local productions for some date night entertainment. My fiancé and I were laughing the whole time, and we though-roughly enjoyed the show. If they added more food/drinks options for purchase, it would make it even better! We bought reserved tickets, but we probably would have been okay buying general. When it's closer to showtime, they open any non-filled reserves seats to GA, so you still have a chance at the reserved seats. Parking is free and SO easy. As people know, a free lot is a rare find haha

A great community theater in the Greenlake area, SPT puts on an enjoyable show in an intimate playhouse. There is really no bad seat in the house. We saw their production of Christmastown, and it was a great production with the actors playing multiple roles. The front lobby is very narrow and packed before the production starts, and between people waiting to enter the seating area and people wanting to get a beer or wine at the little bar, there is not much room nor flow. They have a medium parking lot with limited spaces, but if you can get a spot, it's very easy access and entry. We would definitely see another production at SPT.

    A Very Die-Hard Christmas

Seattle Public Theatre has done it again... This time "A Very Die-Hard Christmas" had me laughing so hard, my sides hurt! Directed by Mark Siano, the cast and production crew have gone over the top in this comedy reproduction of a classic Christmas Movie. A hilarious adaptation that will keep you entertained from start to finish. And I have to give a shout out to the classic Greenlake Bathhouse Theater. Great Entertainment...a must see!

My family said the popcorn wasn't tasting good sadly. Overall the location is convenient but not the greatest location. Bathrooms are also upstairs as it's a smaller theater. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The theater was fine, but the recliner seat had issues. So I reported it to an employee, who graciously agreed to do a quick repair. . I chose to sit elsewhere, he did ask me if the seat was working before leaving. Very thoughtful. Just be forewarned that you may not have a working recliner if that's important to you. The theater is in a part of aurora that has a reputation, so long as you're attending a show in the early evenings, you shouldn't have any problems. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. There's a lot of businesses in that same complex. Other than that seat not working, I'd say it was okay. The bathroom was tidy and generally the whole theater was clean, orderly.

I have been working with Pascal for just over a year and I cannot speak highly enough of Pascal as…read morea guitar instructor. He is not only an exceptionally skilled musician but also an excellent teacher who has transformed my playing in just a short matter of time. Pascal can easily and clearly explain material and concepts, often approaching things from multiple angles to ensure complete understanding. Whether we're working on lead guitar techniques, rhythm guitar fundamentals, or diving into music theory, he maintains a strong balance that keeps lessons engaging and comprehensive. His teaching style is also approachable and professional, which has helped create an environment where I feel comfortable asking questions and pushing myself to improve (something I was nervous about, having never played guitar previously). Although I was at first hesitant about the commitment of in-person lessons, I have also really grown to appreciate the fact that lessons are in-person. Pascal has an eye for detail and a very well-trained ear, which allows him to provide real-time adjustments on everything from basic technique to nuanced elements like the way in which the pick is being held, thumb position, hand placement, and arm angles, etc. I believe these types of corrections that would be difficult to identify on my own (again, having no prior experience), and would likely not come through in most online/recorded lessons. These small refinements have made a large difference in my playing ability, to the point where even minor adjustments (like a slight adjustment to wrist angle) allow me to play a chord or a progression that I was struggling to play on my own during practice. As others have commented, I would also recommend double lessons, which I find to give me a great amount of items to work on before my next lesson. On a personal note, I genuinely look forward to my lessons with Pascal. Pascal's enthusiasm and encouragement have motivated me to practice consistently and focus on development in ways I do not believe I would have if I were learning independently. I also do not feel pressured if I have a busy week and have not been able to dedicate as much time to the material (although that rarely happens, as I enjoy the material so much). My wife has even commented on how much progress I've made in such a short time (she likes listening to me now). As someone who firmly believes you get what you pay for, I can say without hesitation that Pascal is worth every penny. If you're looking for a guitar instructor who will genuinely invest in your growth as a musician, Pascal is an excellent choice.

If you want to be able to pick up a guitar and confidently turn the music in your head into…read morereality, Pascal will get you there. He has the experience, skill, and patience to tailor each of his lessons to provide meaningful and rewarding progress towards your musical goals and, in my case, beyond what I thought I was capable of. I started playing guitar as an adult, and had little idea of what I wanted to get out of the hobby. After years of sporadically learning pieces of songs from online lessons, I came around to the conclusion that I enjoyed guitar enough to take it more seriously. Initially, structured online lessons yield great results, but I quickly started hitting skill plateaus that forced me to move in a different direction to feel like I was making progress. After diversions into music theory, gear acquisition, and some in-person instruction, my interest in guitar was stronger than ever, but I just wasn't getting that much better at playing the thing. Then I found Pascal's website and thought he sounded like someone I should reach out to. The first lesson I had with Pascal completely changed my view of what I could get out of guitar in such a positive way. Biased by my previous experiences learning other instruments, I went in thinking that learning could either be structured and chore-like, or relaxed and fun, but unproductive. I was wrong. Pascal immediately put me on a track that was both structured and personal, and made me enjoy playing so much more. I wish I had hours every day to devote to practicing, but I struggle to find even minutes most days. Even with that constraint, the progress was immediately tangible. One of Pascal's greatest strengths is explaining why he's teaching something and laying out realistic expectations for progression. I became much more aware of the small increments of progress I was making and my basic skills improved dramatically. As lessons progressed, the connections between the lessons became more and more clear. The fretboard transitioned from being intimidating to comfortable, and the fear of getting "lost" started going away. At no point did I have to sit down and memorize anything to get to that place; it happened naturally with the lessons. I waited to write a review for a couple years because I wanted my recommendation to be credible for someone like me: a person whose interest in playing guitar has exceeded their skill and is looking for a teacher to bridge that gap. If that sounds like you, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Pascal!

I was told to go to their booth on the 2nd floor. I was able to talk with a very nice lady manager who looked into the Lost and Found Drawer. Unfortunately it was not there. She offered to assist with a flashlight once the film was finished. She said that wallets often slip, out of pockets into the side of the chairs and said someone will be there with a flashlight to help out. As I was leaving she asked me what I was going to purchase and I said peanut M& M's, she went to get me one and said it was complimentary. She made my day, it was a very professional move, often seeing it in great hospitality awareness. Working in Hotel hospitality for 4 decades it is noteworthy that she did that kind act. Often if a guest was checking in and it was their birthday or anniversary, I sent up chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of Champagne, or a small Chocolate Cake, with "Happy Birthday ", written on it. I encouraged my employees to do the same. We could send up $100.00 in floral arrangements, hot tea, with honey, and lemon, and a bowl of Chicken Soup if they were sick. It made my day when I was able to do this, once I found out a couple was going out to dinner in Magnolia celebrating their25 th Anniversary. I arranged our Limo to take them there and pick them up. When you're empowered to resolve guest issues, make their stay memorable, it filled me with joy and happiness, just like that manager made me feel... the power of M&M's!
