I was scheduled to have a major surgery, and Jen was incredibly flexible in squeezing me in TWICE last minute. She not only relaxed my muscles, but put my mind at ease entirely. I'm convinced I will recover swiftly thanks to her masterful hands. Jen is a queen-of-all-trades and reads your body like a master. In one of our sessions alone, she used the many modalities of deep tissue, swedish, craniosacral, Thai stretching, reiki, and intra-oral on my TMJ to fix the popping issue, as well as some deep belly massage to work on my incredibly tight psoas muscles. How many practitioners do you know that can fit all that into a single session? I've had many, many massages over the years, and Jen has helped my body so much in such a short time. I haven't felt this loose in ages. Do yourself and your body a favor, book a session with her and you'll leave feeling incredibly relaxed and blissful. Thanks again, Jen

I just completed the Rolfing 10 series with Anne. She is an amazing person as well as a skilled and…read morecaring practioner. She always listened to my concerns and was careful to make sure we never went beyond my pain tolerance. She also went above and beyond to accommodate my tight schedule. I have tried a variety of different things from chiropractic to massage to yoga and weird home contraptions to relieve the chronic headaches and neck pain from a car accident years ago. None of them have provided any permanent relief. After 10 sessions with Anne I have a significant reduction in headaches and upper back/neck pain. I also have relief from the knee pain I've lived with for years and feel at least an inch taller. I walk straighter and sleep better. I'm finally starting to feel like the 29 yr old I am rather than a 50-60 year old. I will absolutely continue Rolfing as I think it is the only corrective solution to chronic muscle pain. (Also, while Anne does not do medical insurance billing, I have had no problem getting reimbursed for her services under my spinal manipulation benefit).

I've have been suffering from a chronic (10+ yrs) inflammation in my ankle and nothing helped. Over the last few years, I sought traditional orthopedic help from multiple doctors, tried PT, and acupuncture. Nothing helped. Finally someone recommended Anne so I decided to give a try. I felt a dramatic improvement after the first treatment (it was almost like magic!). I did two more treatments and stopped for some time (at Anne's advice). My leg felt so much better, I started running again. This change lasted for quite a few months. unfortunately, over time the pain started creeping back in. I now go to Anne once or twice a year for a 'tune up'. Each tune-up sets me up for months. This surpassed my expectation and is the only thing I found that actually helps me and makes a lasting impact.
