So glad I did! I felt immensely better overnight after having had just one visit. I've had a few acupuncture sessions with Jeznee by now and will say it's life changing. The original level of stiffness from my back is now gone, acupuncture sessions feels relaxing, and I leave feeling great! I honestly don't know what took me so long, and I kind of wish I've done this sooner. Jeznee is so wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable throughout treatment, and made sure to ease me into it as it was my first time getting acupuncture and cupping like this. She's extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and professional. Besides, Green Lake Health Center has been great to work with. All of the office receptionists are courteous, quick to schedule or process my insurance, referral, paperwork, everything really. Atmosphere is very clean and safe with many covid precautions in place. I'd been carrying heavy loads and traveling and swung one giant suitcase too many onto the conveyor belt which caused extreme pain and stiffness. I woke up one morning unable to move my arm above my head and thats when I went to Deep River Bodyworks. I actually had gone to see other people before, but they didn't really help solve the root of my pain. One session, advice on stretches and I was feeling brand new. The second time I went to see him, today actually, I was experiencing pain in my right hand, right foot (sole) and lower back. I discussed what problems I had, what my past few months were like and 1.5 hours later, the pain is gone.
