I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel people should know. My usual place was booked for a…read morequick walk-in, so I decided to try this place based on the reviews. I requested a 60-minute massage, which should have been $60 plus tip. However, I was asked four times--before and during the massage--if I wanted to upgrade to 90 minutes. I repeatedly said no. The worst part? When I went to pay, they charged me $90. I didn't request or receive the hot stone/hot pad massage, yet I was still charged for it. Even during the session, I was asked if I wanted it and said no. As for the massage itself, it was a mediocre (C-minus) massage at best. The constant upselling and unexpected charges made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me than providing a good service. She kept on burping too. Make sure you clarify pricing upfront and confirm what you're getting before starting. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Upon walking in it took them at least 40 minutes to get to me (gave them the benefit of the doubt…read moresince they could've been busy), no one was at the counter and lobby smelled almost like cat urine. Once they actually got to me they seemed very rush and didn't seem to care at all about my experience. Their care for me was horrible, they were really rough with me and the products they used caused my skin to burn and my feet to swell ( I don't have any allergies and no sensitive skin). I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else, wasn't worth the $80 dollars I spent.

I was a bit skeptical that all of the reviews are quite old and now I know why. I called the number listed and got a message that the voicemail has not been set up, so I just swung by and walked in. No one was at the desk and a woman came up front a minute later who did not speak English and did not understand my request. But we struggled long enough for her to say they didn't offer reflexology. The lobby area smelled like urine.

I personally have been going to her since 2014, I think. There is no other that has compared in my 40 years of going to massage therapy. I am a dental hygienist and I am brutal to my spine and neck. I prefer deep tissue and she hits spots I didnt know I had. In a couple of sessions I feel great again. I love the joy within her and how she gives the glory to God for her healing hands. I have sent others to her and the word they use is excellent! That is definitely the word I would use too!

This place is a bit hard to find, especially if you aren't from the area like we are. But, if you go past Ranch 99, this facility is located right next door to the Wei Asian Buffet. It's located on the second floor, so just be prepared to walk up some steps (I didn't see any elevator nearby). We were immediately greeted by two ladies at the front desk. We showed them the Yelp deal, which is 15% off for new customers, which they gladly upheld (thanks Yelp!). They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the different massages they offer. We were their only clients at the time that we went, so we got a little extra TLC during our visit (they actually let us stay in the sauna for however long we wanted). The facility itself is very neat, well kept, and well decorated. The lights were slightly dimmed to give that extra relaxation feeling. The saunas are also well kept as well. We both received the 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones and knees on our backs (we opted out on back walking). The massage was VERY relaxing! I do, however, wish that more time was spent massaging my legs, but I believe that you would have to pay for a foot/leg massage for that. A little disclaimer, for those who don't like deep tissue or heavy/medium pressured massages, let your masseuse know before hand or even during the massage. Before they got started, they let us know to tell them if the massage is hurting you (even if you are actively having the massage). At the end of our massages, they gave us two bottles of water, which is customary of massage places to do. We followed our massage with 30 minutes in their sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. We were then given two more water bottles and snacks at the front desk, while we paid for our massages. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience at AA Massage. The staff provide a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment and give great massages! I'd like to stop by here again whenever I'm back in the area.
