We were staying at the Hampton Inn in Manchester for a weekend of shopping. Seasons Restaurant is directly across the street from the hotel and was recommended by the hotel staff. The restaurant has a dining area and a nice sized bar was playing the Celtics game on this Friday night. My daughter tried one of their signature fall drinks. It was a lemonade cider with the whiskey. She could taste the whiskey, but said it was very good. I have a gluten allergy and was excited to see gluten-free onion soup as an appetizer. I got that and my daughter got the baguette bread with butters. Both were excellent. She said the garlic butter was just delightful. I got the petite fillet with crab meat and shrimp cooked, medium rare. It came out perfect. The mashed potatoes were delicious and grilled asparagus was cooked perfectly with a nice seasoning. My daughter got the chicken Parm over fresh ravioli with a vodka sauce. She said it was excellent. There was gluten-free cheesecake on the dessert menu but when I ordered it, the the waitress said they had a different cheesecake that evening that was not gluten-free. Nonetheless, my daughter got the Brulé flavored cheesecake and said it was delicious. We highly recommend seasons restaurant if you're in the Manchester area. read more

Outstanding dining experience!!!! Everything about this event was perfect from our first interaction by phone securing a hard to find table to the awesome staff we intereacted with, to even a local couple that offered us a tip about Peru VT (thank you, you know who you are), to the awesome menu options, the beautiful plating presentations to the flavor and preparations. A home run. Wish you were closer to us in south east PA. Oh well, we will be back again in November. Shout out to Evaluna our server and food guide for the evening. She is a delight!!!!!!! We started the evening with the roasted pear salad... my wife is not a huge salad fan but she was taking food off my plate as we were sharing. What a great start. For our main course, we shared the short rib ragu which warmed our bellys and soul; a hearty dish. We complemented the dish with a glass of KJ Chard for her and Elouan Pinot Noir for me. I visited Manchester VT this weekend and had such an enjoyable dinner outdoors near fire pit. Evening was perfect-had a cocktail and we ordered sesame chicken appetizer with cold noodles that was so tasty and delicious. We shared small bites of garlic Parmesan wings, which were dry; delicious dumplings; and truly outstanding sweet potato fries. The maple cinnamon cream was fantastic. My friends and I dined outdoors here and we felt like we were picnicking in wild flower patch. The food was fresh and flavorful, you gotta wait a while for the food to come out but on a nice day with beautiful weather, we did not mind sitting out on the patio. Our server was really sweet and helped us a lot, answering our bazillion questions. We had an amazing spread. Pesto burger, pear and Gorgonzola flatbread, tuna bowl, vodka sauce pasta with sausage, and loaded potato soup. As you can see from the photos, everything was as delicious as you can imagine with the exception of the loaded potato soup. This would be a great place to dine after shopping and walking around. We are visiting from out of state so we opted for the non contact order online/pick up. Started with two orders of the sesame chicken (one was vegan chik'n wings). The sauce was good on both. Had a little spice to it. Nothing overpowering though. The noodles were nothing to go gaga over. The sweet potato fries were delicious. Nice and crispy. Really nice place. We loved the vodka pasta, it was delicious. We were a little underwhelmed by the turkey burger/pretzel bun, but the fries were good. Our waitress was great and was constantly checking on us. My bf liked his IPA but my mixed drink was not the greatest. One of the better spots to eat in Manchester that isn't too overpriced. We got lucky by getting a last minute table for just the two of us. We saw many parties get turned away, definitely recommend making a reservation if you want to eat here! read more

Everyone at this restaurant gave outstanding service!!! When we walked in and we're waiting for the hostess to greet us, several waitresses made sure that we knew someone would be right with us. After speaking to the hostesses who went to see if our table was ready, Lucas the bartender gave us a friendly hello and asked us if we wanted a drink while we waited. Super friendly! Then we were doubled team in the beginning with Kyle our waitress and her partner in our section of the restaurant. Both were super friendly and gave us outstanding service. My only deduction comes from my meal. I ordered the NY strip which was sorry to say tasteless. It came with Cheddar Cheese Mashed Potatoes which were just ok and small piece of Corn on the Cob. I also had Garlic Parm wings for an App but they also were just ok. My wife on the other hand, loved her arugula salad with chicken. Somewhat limited menu but I did see the Barbecue Ribs that looked so really good and burgers also looked tasty. If new to area I would try it. However, if I come back I will probably try another restaurant. Service is awesome!!!! Another plus for this restaurant was the atmosphere. We sat outside with all the flowers. Sorry.... It is our first night in Vermont and we decided to give this place a try since it is close to our hotel. We really enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and our waitress, Ava, was top notch attentive and have a great personality. Unfortunately, that's where the compliments will end. I ordered the cilantro lime fajitas and while everything tasted great, I wish the presentation was just a tad messy as fajitas dish does not have to look that refined. My son got the vodka pasta with chicken. He enjoyed the creamy sauce but felt the noodle was too sparse and the chicken tasted just okay. My wife got the 7 seed salmon with rice which she did not enjoy one bit. She said it was too overcooked and they put so much sesame seed over on the skin that it just overpowered the dish. Husband and I went here because we had just driven in from CT and it was right across from the property we were staying at. It was on a whim although we have been to Manchester many times we had never been here. Atmosphere was nice.Not fancy but not cheap looking either. Hubby had NY strip w/mash potatoes. He said both were excellent. I had shrimp scampi w/spanish rice on side. Not your typical shrimp scampi no pasta with it which was fine with me but most places you get it over pasta or pasta on the side. Shrimp was good and large and the spanish rice was very good. I had a specialty drink from the menu and we also had prosecco. This place was pricey but it was good. Hubby had crème brûlée for dessert and he said it was excellent. read more

Good service, great food, kid friendly. We've now been to Seasons 3-4 times when we visit Manchester. It's a go- to stop - we fell in love with the wings when my husband and I first came here. Now we've come with our daughter twice who is 19mo now. They have kids meals and are kid friendly. The cocktails and beer options are great. The flavor was really good, but they were a bit slimy so we didn't eat much of the skin. The burger was good, but the GF bread was not good at all. It fell apart and had no flavor. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience. The service was poor as the wait staff had too many tables to do their job well. We ordered entrées with no appetizers, but found we were often out of water and waited a long time for our food to arrive. My son had the Korean BBQ bowl with steak. It was so salty he literally couldn't eat it (and this is a kid who loves going out for dinner and is used to this eating at restaurants). No one even came over to check to see how our meal was. After waving my hand several times for quite a while I finally flagged down a server. When I told her that my son couldn't eat it because of the incredible amount of salt, the server seemed annoyed and not interested in coming up with a solution for him. After she offered to bring the meal with white rice and we said no he doesn't want rice, She took his bowl away and came back with a super bland bowl of overcooked steak on top of white rice with no seasoning or sauce. I understood that the noodles were the part that were loaded in sodium, but I was confused as to why she bring something that my son said that he didn't want. She did take it off the bill. I ordered the salmon teriyaki bowl. It was decent and my only complaint was that the salmon was not hot at all. It was clear it had been cooked a while before and sitting. We then each ordered a dessert. My son ordered chocolate molten cake. It came out in about two minutes. It was clear that they had microwaved it because it was spotty where it was burning, hot and not as hot. It didn't come with any whipped cream or ice cream, and it was just a plate of super hot microwaved chocolate. What you typically expect from that special dessert was missing. I ordered flourless chocolate cake. It was also clear that that was just pulled out of the fridge already cut and on a cold plate. It was mediocre. Each dessert was $14 which I think is extraordinarily expensive for super mediocre desserts that I would definitely pass on. I had a high hopes for this restaurant and I'm so sad that it was disappointing the whole night. read more

I'm conflicted about this restaurant. On one hand, the goat cheese and fig flatbread appetizer is one of the best appetizers I've ever had. On the other hand, many entree options, such as the Korean BBQ Bowl and the General Tso's Chicken, are flavorless and completely overpriced. It was clear that only parts of our entrees were made-to-order and others reheated, and we were generally disappointed by the quality of the entrees. But again, the goat cheese flat bread is to die for and the service was pretty good, so that merits three stars in my book. read more

One of the best spot in town. Their food is always good. Currently they have plastic partitions separating tables We had the arugula and pear salad and it's not like your usual salad. The pears are so well prepared that they aren't too sweet or too blend. We shared the pasta vodka which although very good were served a tad to cold. This is a reasonable fast casual restaurant that has very pleasant surroundings. I especially loved the fire pit outside that gave a warm glow on a cool Vermont evening. Service was pleasant and attentive. The food was not particularly outstanding, but it was not bad either. The menu has a wide assortment from steak to vegetarian. But, the menu is not huge as it is in other places. I think that is a good thing because a small menu means that you can specialize. I ordered the cod special in a miso sauce. The piece was very generous for the money. But, I am kind of a snob when it comes to fish. I do not know if the cod was frozen, but it sure tasted like it was not fresh. And the miso sauce was not a glaze, but a heavy sauce that really did not go with a delicate fish. My wife had the shrimp and avocado over pasta. She said that she enjoyed it. But, I did not sample. My bottom line is that this is an ok place. I wouldn't rush back, but I wouldn't avoid it either. read more

We had an ok lunch here, service was good, ambience is bar and grill and food was hit or miss - the vegan sesame chik'n appetizer was great - the vegan siracha maple wings are good but they don't have vegan ranch - we strongly recommend the restaurant offer vegan ranch which would be a game changer to have with the vegan wings.
