if I could rate this place a zero star I would. I ordered 70$ worth of food. when it arrived, I only got the wrong pizza and wrong food. I went there, because they didn't answer phone. when I asked thelady about the rest of the food she said she had no order at all, except the one I just received. I showed her my receipt, which had none of the items I received on it. she told me she could do nothing for me and to call Uber for a refund. I will never give them my business again and I will actively go out of my way to tell people how bad this place is. maybe they will have to sell it and someone who actually knows how to run a business will buy it. read more

A perfest circle with the sauce exactly three quaters of and inch from the edge to form a crust. Machine made in a factory and thier trying to fool people. Called at 10:30 am with a large order for 11:45, and the pizzas were delivered hot and perfectly on time. I hadn't checked the menu for specials and didn't even ask if there were any deals available, and they were good enough to tell me I would qualify for a free small for each large I ordered. The delivery guy was also awesome - offered to carry the pizzas right to the spot I wanted them served, AND when I left a credit card tip and also gave him some cash, he came back to make sure I hadn't made a mistake by tipping twice!! Ordered our 3rd pizza from Seaside. First 2 were good, not the best, but not many delivery options in the area so this works for those lazy nights. Tonight we cross them off our list. Asked for delivery, was told 45 minutes. Showed up 90 minutes later cold and burnt. Pizza was so small it slid from one side of the box to the other. Skimpy toppings on our buffalo chicken pizza but then again it was burnt so who cares what was on it. Very disappointed as we were hoping this would be our go-to spot on those cold, winter nights when we don't want to go out. I would like to give 3.5 stars, but upgraded because of the cost and portions. I liked the pizza. The crust was on the thin side, like I like, and the pepperoni had a bit of spice, like I like. But, the sauce was a little watery and the dough was not uniformly crisp. The were parts that were not uncooked, but were kind of bread like, kind of hard to describe. But I prefer that to the buttery, chemical taste that some chain places have. I'm thinking it will be perfect reheated in the oven. I would not say this is the best pizza in West Haven, but it is good. For $13.75 I got a large pepperoni and a free small cheese. My italian bf approved and I enjoyed it. We called in an order for delivery on Saturday, August 26, 2017 and the individual who answered the phone was rude. As I was placing the order, I asked politely if they could please not put onions on the salad, put the dressing on the side and wrap the garlic bread in aluminum. They just threw the garlic bread in the bag, which is unsanitary to say the least. The individual who took the order stated that they have no time to put aluminum on the bread. He stated this in a rude and disrespectful manner. It took an hour for the food to be delivered. When the food arrived, the bread had just been thrown in the bag. I followed up with a polite phone call and Louis, one of the employees who works there and delivers the food at times was also rude and hung up the phone on me. I called again and asked to speak to the owner (Manager)Tony, who also was rude and stated that he had no time to speak to me and hung up the phone as well. We had been long term customers. This is the second time that we have had a problem with this place. Obviously, they don't know how to run a business.The better approach would of been for them to say can we talk about this later or how can we make this up to you, etc. If you treat customers the way we were treated, you won't be having many customers. A business is only as good as its employees and the product that they are selling. If the management conducts itself in this manner, the employees more than likely will do the same. This leaves much to be said!. We, our family and friends will no longer be ordering from this establishment. Please help spread the word, so others won't have to experience what we did. read more
