We lived in Alaska many years ago, but decided to go back for a inside passage cruise. Coming back to Alaska was definitely one for the books, the memories... It was a busy week, so before heading back to SC we decided on some much needed self are. I called and got an appt the same day. Seaside Spa was professional, clean, and the best massage ever. We felt relaxed and definitely stretched out from head to toe. I would highly recommend them if your ever in beautiful Alaska! They are reasonable priced also considering the service they provided. read more

Consistently amazing! Hands down one of the best massages anywhere in the country! You ladies are magic. Thank you!

Incredible massages!!! Highly recommend for an authentic Thai massage. We visited while on vacation and it went twice in the same week.

Overall, it was amazing. I did the $90/1hr and I had a great experience. I got a massage facing down, facing up, and sitting up. I believe my masseuse was "Katy", and she was very sweet. Will definitely come back again after a busy week of work. read more

This place is amazing. The staff is incredible and accommodating, and the massage itself was perfect. The environment is great and prices are more than reasonable. Best massage ever! read more

I have had many therapeutic and relaxation massages before. My greatest concern when trying out a new massage facility is paying good money for a massage that feels like "fluff" or one that could have been given by a family member. Since going to Seaside, I have NEVER been disappointed. They give one of the BEST massages I have ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

The ladies in there are AWESOME. The Amazing care & Feel brand new! Love the vibe in there, coming back for sure. read more

This place is clean and they have large massage room. The massage was absolutely incredible. I had Noi as a therapist. She's very professional and knows how the body muscle work. My husband also had a massage in a different room, I didn't catch the name but he was incredibly happy. He has neck issues and she was excellent. Worth every penny! I highly recommend. read more

Ok. I almost gave them 3-stars for today's visit. Here is why. I made appt for the same day schedule and came at 3pm. I waited about 15 min before being seen. There is no additional staff that those two masseuses take phone calls and greet the customers while they are doing the massage. They walk out on you often as needed. They are not using expensive or fancy aroma. Just Yankees candle. It is not one of your fancy massage retreat experience with a flute of champagne. DESPITE of all this, I still give this place 5 stars. I wanted to see the difference between 60 min and 90 min massage. There was no waste of time. I got 90+ min of full hardcore kneading of my body. She was attentive to any hard spots and changes the strength depends on how my body responded or how I felt. She was quick but also took her time in some important points. 90 min did not feel long. It was definitely a money-well-spent time. My body felt so much lighter when I left the place. All my concerns and worries went away. I forgot how to give less than 5 stars. If you're looking for a fancy ambiance with romantic intimate time with your loved one for couples massage, it is not the one. If you need a purely good massage to relax your muscle, here is your solution. read more

My husband and I came here - they accommodated us day of in between our travels and the massages were so good. 10/10 recommend.

This place saved me! They got me in for a 90 min Thai massage within a few hours of calling. I'd been experiencing severe neck tension pain for about a month that was causing daily headaches. The massage therapist located the trigger spot (without me even telling her I had pain) about 20 mins into the massage and I felt a whoosh of blood flow into my forehead when she massaged out the knot. Immediate release of pain and tension! I feel great today and still pain free. If you've never done Thai massage before, it can be a little weird at first and a bit intense. Just hang on and go with the flow. You won't regret it! read more

For the price $90 /1hr was worth it. Very calm n just the massage I needed! The lady was very good! I recommend it to anyone who has pain or intense pain. read more

Hidden gem!! All I can say is "WOW"!! I'm from Hawaii and this is my first visit to Alaska. I was stiff and sore after all the travel and long hours working, so I decided to get a massage. Hawaii has lots of Thai massage places and I have my favorite there but when I searched Yelp here only Seaside popped up. Lucky me! What a great massage, ranked among the best I ever had. Seaside was clean, quiet, easy to find, friendly staff and yes...an awesome massage. I'll definitely be back!! read more

Absolutely the best Thai massage I have ever had. The feet used was better than most massage therapists hands and the stretching was the best. I walked away feeling energize. read more

My back and neck has been a bit tight lately. So I sent a message on Sunday asking if they had any availability either Monday or Tuesday for a 60 or 90 minute massage. I asked to please let me know either way. It's Tuesday and have yet to get a response. One would think as a business, you'd acknowledge a potential customer's inquiry and get back to them either way. I'll look elsewhere. read more

Seaside Day Spa is one the jewels of Anchorage, AK. They provide traditional Thai massages and the soreness in my muscles is always improved after their massages. These are the best massages that I have ever had and I no longer get massages on vacation because they never compare. I just schedule my appointment at Seaside Day Spa before I leave town. read more

Mia was here while the owner was in Thailand. This was my first experience here and with a Thai massage. 5 stars, hands down. If you havent been here you are missing out. The Thai massage with aroma therapy was only $85. This beats a mani and pedicure out of the water!! read more

OMG!! Best massage ever. Definitely unlike any other massage I've had. I could feel my masseuse hitting all the pressure points and it felt great! The price was reasonable and I appreciated that she took her time and worked on me for more than an hour. I highly recommend this place. read more

We've traveled the world getting massages and this place is the real deal. Very unassuming place but their therapists are spot on. We booked a couples massage but they had us in different rooms. We both left feeling loose and relaxed. Recommend read more

Wow! Highly recommend! This was such an amazing massage. The location is clean and the gals were sweet and efficient. As others mentioned, it is not a super fancy spa. But they did such an amazing job with my sore body I would come back 10 times over. Definitely will be back. read more

Called at 11 for an appointment and was there at 12. The lobby is unassuming and I was ushered in quickly and put into a room. She asked if I'd ever been there and I said no. I had hoped for a little explanation of what was to happen but, nope! Aside from that, holy cow! This woman rubbed every inch of my body (excluding lady zones). Sometimes I didn't even know what part of her body she was using knuckles? Knees? Elbows? There were times I was close to being in pain but oh what a good pain it was. I walked out of there wishing I had another hour for her to walk (yes walk) on my back. I'm telling you, it was like a Chiropractic visit and deep massage in one. I feel like I'm 29 again! read more

Surprised my husband with a 90 minute massage here for his birthday and he said he loved it. Will be back to try for myself! Thank you!

The best full massage I've ever had! I highly recommend it! Friendly staff makes you feel comfortable and you'll leave feeling brand new!

My husband and I came in for a massage today and were totally blown away. Our ladies were very kind, professional, and did absolutely amazing massages. I've had massages before but this is my first Thai massage and it was the best one I've ever had. My masseuse, Nit (forgive my spelling if it's wrong) knew her stuff. It's definitely an intense experience. They used a variety of pulling, twisting, stretching, and pummeling techniques that went very deep into the muscle. In the end, my whole body feels lighter and they worked stiffness out that I didn't even know I had. Many thanks, we loved every moment of it. We're visiting Anchorage on vacation and it was one of the best experiences we've had. read more

My brother & I had incredibly good massages here - highly recommend!! The people are as nice as can be & incredibly talented.

I was visiting from California and feeling stiff and out of it from the travels and was looking for someplace close by my hotel and legit. The place is clean and the rooms themselves are even more comfy and relaxing to just lay down in in general! I am really glad I came here because I felt amazing during (caught myself snoring a few times! Lol) and renewed afterwards! She provided the right amount of pressure and quality attentiveness! If I lived here I would definitely make this place my routine relax spot to relieve stress! read more

The employees there are super nice and very respectful for your privacy. I was very surprised with how great the massage went. I had only gotten a 60 minutes session and by the end I had wished I got the 90 minute. 10/10 would highly recommend!! read more

I am a visitor to Anchorage, working locally. Was having pretty severe muscle spasms in my back that I knew were related to muscle strain. I found Seaside and they graciously got me in immediately. OMG. Best massage I have ever had in my life. Nid was so incredibly competent and kind. Very nice studio, very clean and quiet and comfortable. I cannot say enough about the Thai massage that I received. Deep muscle workout including legs, back, shoulders, arms. If I lived here I would go every week. Also, as compared to where I live, the cost was 59% less for a full hour massage and I actually more time than that. Wonderful spa and an Anchorage Gem! Tell everyone! KAH read more
