Ok. I almost gave them 3-stars for today's visit. Here is why. I made appt for the same day schedule and came at 3pm. I waited about 15 min before being seen. There is no additional staff that those two masseuses take phone calls and greet the customers while they are doing the massage. They walk out on you often as needed. They are not using expensive or fancy aroma. Just Yankees candle. It is not one of your fancy massage retreat experience with a flute of champagne. DESPITE of all this, I still give this place 5 stars. I wanted to see the difference between 60 min and 90 min massage. There was no waste of time. I got 90+ min of full hardcore kneading of my body. She was attentive to any hard spots and changes the strength depends on how my body responded or how I felt. She was quick but also took her time in some important points. 90 min did not feel long. It was definitely a money-well-spent time. My body felt so much lighter when I left the place. All my concerns and worries went away. I forgot how to give less than 5 stars. If you're looking for a fancy ambiance with romantic intimate time with your loved one for couples massage, it is not the one. This place saved me! They got me in for a 90 min Thai massage within a few hours of calling. I'd been experiencing severe neck tension pain for about a month that was causing daily headaches. The massage therapist located the trigger spot (without me even telling her I had pain) about 20 mins into the massage and I felt a whoosh of blood flow into my forehead when she massaged out the knot. Immediate release of pain and tension! I feel great today and still pain free. If you've never done Thai massage before, it can be a little weird at first and a bit intense. Called at 11 for an appointment and was there at 12. The lobby is unassuming and I was ushered in quickly and put into a room. She asked if I'd ever been there and I said no. I had hoped for a little explanation of what was to happen but, nope! Aside from that, holy cow! This woman rubbed every inch of my body (excluding lady zones). It's definitely an intense experience. They used a variety of pulling, twisting, stretching, and pummeling techniques that went very deep into the muscle.
