Cat we had not met before but my husband said she was straight up amazing, finding knots of tension and relieving aches and pains he didn't know he had on top of taking care of his problem spots. He was late to his appointment exactly 15 minutes (he works in Wasilla and was driving from there). We both attempted to call starting at 5:30p to let the therapist know he was on his way. When he showed up, the lights and door were shut. I received an email that was very condescending and humiliating pretty much insinuating that we looked like "scammers" (yes, she called me that). Never once did anyone call us - not one single phone call. And on the day we were late, the therapist never called or checked messages. Just left and charged us the full amount. I am appalled at the way they handled this. This isn't about the money. This is about making a new client feel down right humiliated. I'm still in shock at how rude they were in their email and the fact that they never responded back to me. Shame on you for treating a new client like this.
