The place is in a strip mall and was clean, professional and comfortable-it's not an Upscale day spa and does not advertise itself as such. The massage was great. When I called for appt to found out it's been changed ownership and several years ago it was owned by Anastasia. I thought what the heck I liked it and I will try it. It's still pretty much same set as before and it was soothing and peaceful. I had 30 mins soft pack (zero gravity) warm bed. Then 90 mins massage with Will. I will have to say I've had many years of massages and this was a total different method of deep massage and I was so pleased with Wills skillful deep tissue massage and helped me relieved my pain, ache and stressed out body. I wish I had booked a longer session. I then got my gel pedi. She used the OPI gel on my toes. Overall experience here is fantastic I will return again for the positive experience and peaceful quiet time at Adagio. Thanks to Will especially.

Anyway I got a 60m massage with hot stones+towels and back walking and she was very thorough to focus on nerves and pressure points. I have a really bad back and she found all the knots and worked on them without causing immense pain(we've all had a massage where you suffer in silence a bit I think haha). She did not ask me to prepay and also didn't have me add a tip automatically(I offered $20 on my own anyhow). I only note that because I saw a lot of other reviews stating otherwise but that wasn't my experience. Anywho I'll be back!

Place is clean and simple/peaceful. It looks like there's chair massage up front. They offer couples massage also. I was led to a room to undress and lay face down. The therapist asked if I liked medium or hard pressure so I told her my preference. She did a great job with where I need it to be hard vs medium. Warning - at some point the therapist is likely to get on the bed to grab the bars on the ceiling to massage you with their leg/feet! This isn't unheard of in Asian massages but more novel for Western massage. Barefoot massage has broken that barrier for Alaska I think - and let me tell you it feels good, especially if you need that additional pressure. Surprisingly, only minor soreness after given the pressure she used. They take credit card too!
