He was late to his appointment exactly 15 minutes (he works in Wasilla and was driving from there). We both attempted to call starting at 5:30p to let the therapist know he was on his way. When he showed up, the lights and door were shut. I received an email that was very condescending and humiliating pretty much insinuating that we looked like "scammers" (yes, she called me that). Never once did anyone call us - not one single phone call. And on the day we were late, the therapist never called or checked messages. Just left and charged us the full amount. I am appalled at the way they handled this. This isn't about the money. This is about making a new client feel down right humiliated. I'm still in shock at how rude they were in their email and the fact that they never responded back to me. Shame on you for treating a new client like this.

But it was almost like she was avoiding my problem areas, which is bizarre... My honey said his massage was amazing and his massuer completely addressed all his problem areas. When I sent Ms. Palmer my original confirmation email for the Saturday appointment and a note saying I couldn't make the Monday appt, she simply replied that I was scheduled for the Monday and a "computer glitch" was responsible for the change. I then replied that I couldn't miss work for the Monday appointment and asked for a reschedule. Ms. Palmer never replied. I'm sure she was happy to spend my wife's money, though.
