Called was told they were coming back, told them we had to have someone after 4 because of our work schedule they said no problem, they called day of and cancelled because it wasn't "convenient" for their technicians to come after 4. Then told us we would have to wait because they like to send the same technician out and he was going on vacation. They had absolutely no remorse and no intention of making the situation right for us. I could basically feel their shoulder shrug at the other end. All I can say is good luck. When the delivery driver called my husband the day before and he asked him what he needed upon delivery the driver responded that he only needed his ID we ask what time was a delivery he said between 11 and 3 we asked him what stop we were on his delivery route he said number 2. 3:03PM they pull up with our items my husband was gone to pick my son up from school so because he wasn't physically here and I only had his ID they refused to deliver our items that we had already been but waiting three weeks for we asked him when was the next available delivery date he told us a week from tomorrow so now that will take us into a total of a month waiting for something that's already paid for to be delivered so then when I called To try toTalk to a manager his attitude was awful told us there's no way the delivery driver only told my husband he needed just his ID he told me he wasn't here to go back-and-forth with me about anything and that either he could set me up for another delivery or he could refund me my money so I asked him what was the process of us getting a refund so he very nasty told me one of two ways I can either have the home store get in contact with you or your husband can bring his ID with his physical body and his card with his name on it and get a refund I would not recommend the store to anyone.
