Bought a bed and box spring for my daughter (she wanted to redo her room for her sweet 16) I sent my wife and my daughter to pick it out. They changed the price from what was previously discussed, then purposely overcharged for delivery. Then once they did deliver the mattress and box spring, they just put it on the porch, did not put it in the room. Unfortunately, we immediately discovered that the peices were too small, so we call and notify ( to Chris the mgr) who promptly agreed to switch it out and proceeded to do so at almost the origanal price of the first mattress set with an additional delivery charge.....OMG!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!! After this experience, I felt so bad, i felt violated for not having another option in a crisis situation. Next time i will just buy from VCF, who also delivered this morning, took time, put everything in the room, set it up and wished my daughter a happy Birthday (they were a class act). Piece literally broken in half then came right off under the footrest. Their Guardian Protection only covers accidental not manufacture defect. They can't even tell me who the manufacturer is! The installation crew leader was rude, unprofessionally dressed in pajama pants and driving a rental truck, and told us that they could not put the old mattress with into their truck because it had slight staining. He indicated that they were a subcontractor to the store and not employees. You had to look very hard to find a small sweat stain on the mattress, which was their excuse. To make things worse, he then said that they couldn't dispose of the foundation because they only take complete sets of mattresses and foundations. He said that they donate the used mattress to churches, but nothing of this nature was mentioned when we purchased the mattress. Our 12 year old mattress was quite worn out and I can't imaging anyone wanting it - it is ready for the landfill. Basically, we feel that we were lied to by Tarik. Should anything happen that requires a warranty, I no longer trust this store, as my gut feel is they would shirk their responsibility or tell us more lies. We were shopping for two mattresses, but I can tell you that the second certainly won't be purchased from this store.

The delivery team caused significant damage--holes in my walls, scraped paint off my railings, and even ripped out ceiling light fixtures. When the company sent someone out to "fix" the damage, the repairs were rushed and poorly done, leaving my walls looking worse than before. To make matters even more frustrating, the owner contacted me with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Now I'm left paying out of pocket to properly repair damage that THEY caused. To top it all off, one of the movers behaved inappropriately and asked me for a hug. Completely unacceptable. The replacement part arrived but also had defects (no fault to Jasen's, this was poor quality control from a supplier from overseas). I was given an option to either order a third part or I could return it nearly a year after purchase and use the money towards a different desk, I opted to build a custom desk through Jasen's and it was a wonderful experience. For the price, if I built this myself I wouldn't be saving much and that's not taking into account the cost of my hourly rate. Joe was with me every step of the way, ensuring that everything was handled properly and all the details were covered. I highly recommend this place. They have great customer service regardless of what other reviews say and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.
