The microwave was too large (an undercounter versus over the range - yes, there is a difference), it took SEVEN follow up efforts to finally get my money back. There are cute little toys for the kiddies like toy tractors and cars as well as goodies like snacks and candies. Want to buy a baby chicken, come at the right time in the spring and you can scoop up a dozen or so. Otherwise you can bring an animal lover to come and coo and watch the cute little babies under their heated lamps. Want a big boy toy where you can ride over tough terrain in a scooter, go-cart or 7K 'golf cart' they have it. Want to wash your big ol' hairy dog, come on in. We have been buying refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, etc at John R Appliance for our rental properties for many years now. They are used appliances but they are all cleaned up, tested, and repaired if necessary and John R warrants them for 90 days. They also can arrange for delivery and can take away any previous appliance that is being replaced. In our experience the things we have bought have worked well and, since tenants can be hard on appliances, we don't feel the need to get new ones when used seems to be a better value. They have lower end to premium brands and the prices are in line with what you select, but not all that different. The guys there may look a little rough but they do know what they're doing and deliver good value, and they don't bite...at least so far.

The breakdown in service may have been related to the myriad of disconnects during the health and economic calamity.
