Tom went above and beyond to find us an incredible deal on a beautifully refurbished Sundance spa and somehow had it delivered and installed the very next day--something that normally takes weeks. He communicated every step of the way, did exactly what he said he would do, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The quality of their refurbished hot tubs is top-notch, and it's obvious they take pride in doing things the right way.
