They had a kindness about them, professionalism, a can do attitude, patience, promptness, product awareness, Multi tasking ability, a can-do attitude, and many other things that I may have failed to mention. I am a disabled customer, and a senior citizen, and I value these things. I don't appear to be that when in person, but when that did not dissuade those Etahn and Avery!. They gave me valued customer feeling!. They did not judge a book by its cover which I do appreciate! Unfortunately, that goodwill was not returned. We attempted to purchase a STIHL HTA 50 pole pruner that was clearly tagged on the product itself for $349.99. At checkout, the store refused to honor the posted price and then removed the tag when questioned about it. Mistakes happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Ironically, most major retailers would likely have honored the posted price without argument. Disappointing experience from a business we specifically chose to support because it was locally owned.
