Installing the hot tub.

I love my new spa/hot tub. I've had it for about a week now and have enjoyed it every day! The changing lights on the hot tub allows for a fun environment with friends. The hot tub I bought was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and the hot tub is definitely good quality. I had a guy help me and he was extremely informative and helped me choose out a hot tub that fit my needs. It took about 4 months for the hot to come and came in just in time for the new year! I also like their financing option, which allows for no interest for a year from the date of installation. However, I do not like the form of the financing was in credit card "debt" rather than a loan "debt". Meaning, when you finance the hot tub your basically opening up a new credit card. Overall it is still a great option for customers to be able to finance instead of paying out-of-pocket.

Highly recommend for all your fireplace and pool/spa needs!! Tom and Ruthie were both very enjoyable to work with. I was initially brought in because they were the nearest dealer to my home that carried the fireplace I wanted and their customer service made a long time customer out of me. They made the process for ordering the fireplace, and getting approved for the San Joaquin Valley air pollution credit, very easy. I was concerned about the fireplace dimensions and wanted to be sure that it would work before we placed the order. So Tom came out to the house and measured and surveyed for us even before we committed to buying. Not only did he take a look at our fireplace, he also checked out a spa that we inherited when we bought our house to give us tips on what we should do to try to get it up and running again, all complementary! We were so happy with the service and end result of our fireplace that we came back here when we needed new pool filters. These people truly provide the customer service that makes you feel good about supporting local! They are knowledgeable of their products and can help you figure out what is best for you!

Check out our gorgeous new fireplace sold to us and installed by Backyard Spa & Leisure. The installers were quick and clean. They left no mess and the installation was flawless. It comes with a remote control which is convenient and easy to use. It works incredibly well. Just can't wait for those cold winter nights drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows, enjoying a movie, and loving the beautiful, warm fireplace with my family. It truly updates and enhances the look of our home. We are grateful to our wonderful sales person, Bridget. She is so patient and always ready to answer questions and help out. Well my backyard just screams backyard spa and leisure, we started with a pool and now have purchased our spa. They have a wonderful crew, from the store floor all the way to the install. This is a one stop shop, and the experience was painless. We love our spa and now we might have to get some fire pit features.... thank you so much, what an awesome experience.

Backyard spa and leisure has a very nice showroom. Sales staff is very helpful and friendly. They were not high pressure, which I appreciate, just there to help you find what will make you happy. Lots of spas and Traeger grills to look at. They were great to work with as far as making a couple payments before delivery. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was because they forgot to send the chlorine package with the spa, so I had to wait a day to get in. Also, they said that hooking it up would be included but the guy hooking it up charged $200 because we needed a gfi and extra electrical cord. Just wish they had mentioned that. Delivery was great, they were fast, and the spa is beautiful.

We recently went to the shop to pick up some supplies and we just loved dealing with the staff. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about all of the products and she helped us find what we needed to maintain our tub. We have tried going to other pool supply stores to buy maintenance supplies but we have always been unhappy with the products and the help. A hot tub is a big investment and it is worth it to talk to people who really know and care about giving you the best service and products.

Worst customer serviced and dishonesty that I have encountered! Chris Flaming was referred to me…read morefrom Aquamatic, and initially seemed capable but left my previously intermittently working pool cover to a total breakdown within days of his work last summer. Spa Duck also made some "interim" electrical control changes from a convenient to operate post, into the below deck pool cover receptacle, totally hard to access, even from a kneeling position on cement. I now have to hire an electrician to redo their work to my original set up. I also had to hire another company to repair my pool cover system and will be using them in future. Spa duck would not return a call or text from last summer, 2021 after numerous courteous efforts to get their attention and help. In addition, in mid June 2021, I gave Spa Duck a check for 50% down payment on a new spa cover and have never received it! I was told by Chris at the time, that it would take two months, --but Aquamatic told me over a month later (on a separate matter I was discussing with them) that Chris had just brought in the spa cover order that day , and that it would take a week to get it done. This showed me Chris was already lying to me. This was 8 months ago!!! Since then, No pool cover ever delivered, No refund provided! Contractor license should get a record of this kind of unprofessional conduct. I called the Aquamatic representative who referred me to Chris at Spa Duck, to let him know that this company and owner Chris, are a POOR REFLECTION on Aquamatic which uses them as a subcontractor. Since that call couple of months ago, Aquamatic has clearly not managed to get them to show the slightest level of professionalism, fiscal obligation or just plain customer curtesy.

Then there was a problem with the IAquiLink connection to operate the pump, so they sent out a service tech who was able to get it working, BUT did not fix the cause of the problem, which is water leaking into the junction box. NOW THERE'S WATER IN THAT BOX AGAIN AND THE PUMP IS NOW DAMAGED AND OUT OF WARRANTY. THANK YOU SPA DUCK

My pool pump was making a loud electrical noise every time it was running, although it seemed to be…read moreworking fine. I googled the problem and found videos that it could be a problem with the capacitor (ordered one online but it wasn't the capacitor), debris in the impeller (cleaned out impeller but it wasn't that either), or loose bearings (requires special tool and labor intensive to replace). Of course loose bearings was my problem (not any of the other easier to fix issues). I googled pool stores in Fresno or Clovis and came across Pool Mart and read all the good reviews. I called Chris and explained my problem and he knew right away it was the bearings. He was a great listener; since I said I had cleaned the impeller he figured I knew how to take the motor apart. He said he could fix it for $100 with a one day turn around time (or $125 labor if he has to come out). I brought it in the next day and sure enough he called me the following day saying it was fixed. Pool pump is now reinstalled and purring like a charm. While I was there to pick up my pump, Chris also answered my other pool questions around how to turn which drains on/off and fixed my leaky fountain cap for free. A few days later I called Chris for advice about my friend's neglected pool. He gave me some great advice about getting mosquito fish so I did. Now the Consolidated Mosquito Abatement District is happy and off our backs. Unfortunately for Chris, he will now be my go to person for all pool related issues.

I love the no nonsense attitude Chris has toward my pool problems. He never tries to up sale me or get me on some sort of step regimen, just good old fashion liquid chlorine and tabs. I've brought my pool-sweep in twice and he fixes it for such a reasonable price, trying to keep it going, so I don't have to buy a new one. This is my first summer since we built our pool 4 years ago that I haven't had to shock my pool because of huge algae blooms, clean my filters, you get my drift, that whole pain in the neck thing. They have my husband and I as customers for life!

We contacted them and immediately Travis got back to us . He came out to our home listened to our ideas and brought our vision to life . The overall experience was fun and exciting due to how the entire staff worked with us in such a professional and timely manner . We recently had one of our pool lights go out . Travis reached out to us they came out immediately and replaced them . Again their staff was so kind and professional. Our friends and family have enjoyed our pool so much that a few of them have decided to build their own pool . The exceptional quality of our pool has always led them straight to Signature pools .

So I asked her to resign it but it took her weeks to do so, when she did it again once again it wasn't to what I told her and this is after me having to email , call and text Nicci repeatedly. I think it's because she wasn't consistent with my message/ S phone calls that she forgot what I wanted in a pool design. Nicci always has an excused and apologized for why she didn't reply. Currently I'm Still waiting for Nicci to return my phone calls. Signature pool was one of my top choices but the customer service I'm receiving now is worrying me to proceed. I would advise others to request for another designer right away if you get Nicci.
