They were done in 5 days (not including start up/cleaning we additionally paid). They would get the work done and clean up every day prior to leaving. Came in today, this is my second time in here, 1st time I failed to make an appt so the info I needed I couldn't really get, but this time I made an appt with my contractor to meet at New Image and the help I got was OUTSTANDING the lady spent time answering my questions as well as wetting the samples to get an idea of how it would look, she also took time to show me examples from the internet to show me what color the water would be with the samples I had picked. New Image Pool Interiors came out and did pebble tech on our brand new pool. Let me start off with saying that we love the pool/pebble tech. It's beautiful and we have no complaints regarding the work ON THE POOL. However, the day after they were out doing work, we noticed a huge discolored/dying spot on our brand new front lawn, with residual pebble tech type material in the grass. We reviewed our security footage and have multiple views of the workers running some type of hose onto the lawn, exactly where the large dead spot is. In addition to this issue, we noticed damage on our brand new concrete surrounding the pool. We contacted our general contractor and sent him the videos. He was extremely apologetic and stated he would talk to the company. Today my husband spoke to them both (the contractor and Lee Valenzuela, from New Image). Mr. Valenzuela was extremely rude and arrogant. Stating they don't empty or place any hoses on the lawn. Well Sir... you are wrong cause we have it on video. He would not take responsibility for the damage to the lawn. We told him we would let the damage on the concrete go, since we went ahead and stained/sealed it to make it look better. But that he needs to take responsibility for the lawn damage. He became so rude and disrespectful on the phone that my husband ended up hanging up on him. Our contractor stated he would make it right, but it's almost more important for us that Mr. Valenzuela takes responsibility for the damage he and his employees made. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Not because of the product or service on our pool, but because of the awful customer service, lack of responsibility and blatant disrespect shown by Mr. Valenzuela. read more
