New Image Pools did my resurface from plaster to pebble Tech, installed new tile and pool light and did an amazing job on my Pool. It is beautiful and it was super easy to work with them. They have millions of tiles to choose from, which was very fun. I highly recommend their service. I've seen pools done by others, and they do not even compare to mine. read more

Met the crew from new image pool at the home and garden show at Fresno fairgrounds. Reuben came out and gave us an estimate to modify pool and remove fiberglass overlay. Absolutely fantastic service. All additions like a landing with a step, a deep water seat and added a below ground waterfill. Went with new beautiful tile and a pretty pebble tech finish. Great communication with office and Reuben. Timeline was exact. They know what needs to happen to make this pool new again. Very happy with results, price and service. Honestly, I was terrified to have our pool redone because it was such a big commitment financially and I thought it would be a huge construction project. Turns out New Image gave me a great price - more competitive than all the other local guys in my area on the Central Coast. Also, the construction process was super quick and painless! Ruben was there for every question I had and Veronica in the office sent me a text or called me every day to let me know what the next step would be. I felt very aware of what was happening & informed. And talk about quality! Everything was done top-notch and I am 100% happy I went with this company. Couldn't recommend more! read more

Where do I start? This company is absolutely AMAZING! I want to give recognition to Rueben and the entire crew who applied a pebble tec wet edge interior to our 37 year old pool. The transformation was OUTSTANDING. We had three separate work crews back to back to complete the job. The crews arrived daily @ 0730 and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Veronica, from the office called each day to inform us fromthe day's work to be performed. You won't find a better company to give your pool a total makeover. THANK YOU, NEW IMAGE POOL INTERIORS.. I absolutely love my new pebbletec pool finish. There was a delay in completing the project, and I felt somewhat abandoned by them when I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks after the pool was prepared for surfacing, but then I found out its just busy season. Otherwise, I completely trust their work and knowledge about pools. I shopped around a lot for this project because it's an investment, and NIP was the most impressive company I found. I was given all the details, including a folder with all the info needed during our first meeting. I highly recommend. read more

After meeting with several pool companies we chose New Image Pools to resurface our 18 year old pool. From the start everyone at New Image was professional, knowledgeable and timely. They gave us a timeline for our work and they arrived on time, and completed their work and cleaned up after each task. Our project was completed in 10 days and our pool looks beautiful. We went from plaster to pebble and we are so pleased with the result. I highly recommend New Image Pools. read more

Our pool desperately needed a remodel and we are so happy with New Image and the job they did for us. We needed all new plaster, tile and decking. They worked consecutively with our concrete contractor and they both got our job done in a timely and professional fashion. We didn't may a penny more than our estimate and their office communicated with us every step of the way and answered any all questions we had. Veronica was so helpful and friendly and Bob took our call on the weekend when we needed help with our filter after the job was finished. We love our pool and we are so excited to use it this summer! read more

Outstanding company to refinish any pool. They just refinished our 60 foot pool on the Central Coast in Arroyo Grande. Lee was great & easy to work with. Original pool construction work was marginal at best. We had plaster removed and pebbletec applied, as well as color changing LED lights on the pool, built-in spa and overflow basin. Work was fast, high quality & site was left clean. Would highly recommend! read more

I love to give excellent reviews, and this one comes easy! We just completed a major remodel and upgrade to our vintage pool with a Signature Matrix finish, new tile, and up-to-date plumbing. New Image Pool Interiors provided amazing results. First and foremost, sales representative Ruben Pond was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and provided information to the customer with a sense of confidence. From day one to the completion date we had perfect communication from Veronica in the office. Crews were organized for each step of the project and on time as scheduled. Thank you New Image Pool Interiors for a job well done and great customer service! read more

They did an amazing job! They were quick to respond for a quote. Gave us all the options and felt like we were in control of every option for our pool. They were done in 5 days (not including start up/cleaning we additionally paid). They would get the work done and clean up every day prior to leaving. We didn't even have to be onsite while they did their work. Super professional! Our pool looks 1000x's better than before and nice. We have only seen this style of pools at resorts...now we have it in our own back yard! Great job! They didn't replace the tiles but cleaned them at a lower cost. Which is fine by us! Recommending them to anyone that is thinking about redoing their pools! read more

We called New Image out to give us a quote on resurfacing our bottom and building us a waterfall feature. We were so impressed with their service we didnt ask anyone else to come out. We started this process right as Covid19 started so tile and bottom was all picked out by personal delivery of samples so that we didn't have to go to their showroom. When we started construction each day the girls from the office would call to let us know what would be done the following day. Super impressed with their customer service and the guys that did the actual work were all super nice. We highly recommend New Image! read more

New Image Pool Interiors is an amazing company to work with! Lee Jr. came to my home to provide a free estimate for a re-do on a terrible (nightmare) plastering job that I had gotten done by another pool company. Lee was very professional and went over the entire process from start to finish. His team came out over the following days to prep the pool and plaster the pool ... and they each were extremely courteous, friendly, neat, and professional. There was great attention to detail on the pool: from the jets, to the back-flow, to the start up and there were even extensive instructions on how to care for the pool after the plastering job. Lee senior also called to chat about the job and was very attentive with my questions. I felt like I was in very good hands. And trust me I was, the pool came out fabulous! read more

New Image Pool Interiors came out and did pebble tech on our brand new pool. Let me start off with saying that we love the pool/pebble tech. It's beautiful and we have no complaints regarding the work ON THE POOL. However, the day after they were out doing work, we noticed a huge discolored/dying spot on our brand new front lawn, with residual pebble tech type material in the grass. We reviewed our security footage and have multiple views of the workers running some type of hose onto the lawn, exactly where the large dead spot is. In addition to this issue, we noticed damage on our brand new concrete surrounding the pool. We contacted our general contractor and sent him the videos. He was extremely apologetic and stated he would talk to the company. Today my husband spoke to them both (the contractor and Lee Valenzuela, from New Image). Mr. Valenzuela was extremely rude and arrogant. Stating they don't empty or place any hoses on the lawn. Well Sir... you are wrong cause we have it on video. He would not take responsibility for the damage to the lawn. We told him we would let the damage on the concrete go, since we went ahead and stained/sealed it to make it look better. But that he needs to take responsibility for the lawn damage. He became so rude and disrespectful on the phone that my husband ended up hanging up on him. Our contractor stated he would make it right, but it's almost more important for us that Mr. Valenzuela takes responsibility for the damage he and his employees made. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Not because of the product or service on our pool, but because of the awful customer service, lack of responsibility and blatant disrespect shown by Mr. Valenzuela. read more

I am very pleased with the work New Image did on our pool remodel. Lee and his crew were very professional. They were there when the said they would be and amazingly done when they said they would be. We were demanding customers with very high standards and a couple of things did not meet our standards as the job progressed. This can happen with ANY project. The measure of a company's quality isn't if there are zero issues, it is how they respond to issues that arise. I could not be happier with the way they responded and hence the 5 star review. We love our new pool and are glad that New Image did the work. It is beautiful. read more
