Horrible customer service, as in non existent. AI handles EVERYTHING, so when our repair was not completed due to technician's lack of knowledge, we had no recourse. Called a local company to correct the tech's mistakes, and finish the job. Also had to dispute the credit card charges, which had to be paid up front. Be Very Wary of this company. First guy shows up and orders parts and takes your money. When the parts are delivered another repairman shows up and tells you that you don't need the parts ordered. He takes the parts and tells me that I will get a refund. Had to wait three months for a refund and many phone calls. read more

It is impossible to talk to someone about a scheduled service call as the phone number is completely automated with no option to speak to someone directly. It just keeps repeating that your service is scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm, which is not helpful at all. Also appointment was canceled by Sears the day of the appointment and had to be rescheduled. Not at all convenient for the homeowner. The repairman was completely unsure of how to complete the repair and stated it was a 2 man job, but they only assigned him. He had inquired to the home office to get instructions on our double oven repair, but no one had gotten back to him. I would not recommend using this service. read more

Keith was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly; but it was a refrigerant leak within the wall of the refrigerator that could not be repaired. read more

So this was a warranty job and the first technician that came for inspection was awful and he cost me a new refrigerator. And then i ask for a second opinion and the second technician was amazing. He figured out what was wrong and immediately ask for the replacement parts and when the parts arrived he came and fixed it perfectly and yes it was a mechanical issue not my fault and yes the warranty cover that. Had to reschedule 4 times my your phone service. Quality of machine was horrible. Tech did all he could to repair the washer. GE would not replace the machine even with extended warranty. I want to know why? The tech was very patient in trying to fix it. The lid would not lock water would continue to fill with the lid unlock. The tub would not turn. The motor would work I had to unplug the machine to stop the malfunction. The main control board was replaced 3 time. It worked for 1-2 days then stop working. The tech would come out and work on it again. Order more parts, come back again and the same crap would happen again. The warranty people told me did not qualify for a replacement washer,because it was not broke down enough times. GE IS A PIECE of junk. No one should by GE. If you want to stay sain.. the service tech was great and patient. read more

they were very prompt and quick to diagnose the problem of our dryer not heating (blown thermostat). He offered different options of paying to replace part or getting the home warranty that would cover all of our other appliances which we ended up doing and saving on repair for today. read more

Good luck. They constantly cancel and the only person that you can talk to is a technician who gives you a number to a recording. They suck
