Selling use diehard battery to customers

This auto center was top notch as it relates to customer service, and reasonable prices. However they recently changed the staff and they are TERRIBLE! The wait time for an oil change with an appointment was three hours. The manager (bald guy) was RUDE to everyone. Everyone in the waiting room (Four different customers) talked about how rude he was. I recommend this Sears. I have a Sears 2 miles from me, but drove 10 miles to get to this one. My check engine light has been on. Chris was able to find the problem and get my check engine light off. When you walk in ask for Phill and Chris. These two are excellent. read more

I had a wheel bearing replaced here a couple of months ago. I had both wheel bearings replaced on the front of my car one by Sears and another by someone else. One of the bearings prematurely failed and I called Sears to see which side they replaced the bearing to which the employee replied we don't have a record of which side was done. That's an important piece of information they should have kept record of after dojng a several hour repair. So I don't know who installed the bearing wrong but 400 dollars later after doing a repair a thousand miles after it was already done I won't be taking any risks going back to this Sears Auto Center. read more

Sweetest bunch of guys ever. I had car trouble while passing through Kennesaw and Sears was the only auto place still open on a Saturday evening. They checked out my car, fixed the minor problem (one of the fluids was low, missed during the last tune-up), and didn't charge me at all. Both the mechanic on duty and his boss were extremely friendly, Southern hospitality at its finest. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone, and will be giving my local Sears a try in the future to see if they stack up. read more

On the three occasions my vehicle has required service in the last six months these folks have been five star worthy. I think these guys give Sears a good name. They have always been polite, very approachable, provided very good customer service and most often joke around with the customers. read more

I agree with all of the other posts. Phil gets five stars for going above and beyond providing excellent customer service. He was also very honest in letting me know that there was minor damage done to my car while it was on the lift and did not hesitate to resolve the damage. I have not had encounters with any of the other service guys but can definitely confirm that Phil is awesome, and, I continue to be a repeat customer. read more

My son Phillip Michael Sarro moved to Atlanta he is 26 he is a model/actor it's the first time on his own, I am his mom I live in Brunswick Georgia, Phillip had car problem where his check engine light came on and couldn't get an emissions test until that was looked at well I made one call to a sears in meritta and had him go there and they didn't even act like they cared and he was just pretty much sent away with no answers so I ended up calling the sears store 6377 in kennesaw and spoke with phill and I gotta tell you I called several times with lots of questions but he was soooo helpful, polite and very caring I was impressed! He said for my son to come in on sat they would get his car checked out and turn the check engine light out he arrived today sat and phill was in a meeting but Chris took over and was very kind and helpful to my son, I just want to say that I am sooo thankful that there are still nice people out there and these two deserve some kind of praise and a BIG raise for there exceptionall work, these are 2 guys you wanta keep around and pay them right, thank you so much and GOD bless! Waited far too long to post this review. Last summer the battery on my wife's car was failing. We nursed it a couple of days but when it left stranded, that was it. Since SEARS Auto was reasonable close by we went there. Until that day, I had always trusted Sears and spent a good bit of money there. So we pull into the Auto center and I tell the technician we need a battery... I tested it and its bad. I had checked online and told him what battery I wanted. They did not have that battery but they did have one that was significantly more. Not what the website inventory said but fine, lets do it. They took her keys and care and we walk around the store. Fourty minutes later I was wondering how long its going to take to change a battery so I walk out to the shop. My wifes car is on a rack and the battery is not installed, When I question what they are doing the explanation I get is "its protocol" I explained that I asked for a battery - nothing more and without my permission they were not to do anything else to my wife's car. So called manager wants to argue with me about what he is doing. He's being rude and I got ugly. Told him put in the battery or not but thats all they had been authorized to do. Not check oil, transmission, alignment, headlights, etc all stuff he did without authorization. Had they been up front it would be one thing but they were not. Finally I asked for the District Managers name - he says "he does not have one" Ultimately, they did not put the battery in and we went elsewhere and I put in the battery myself in ten minutes. The worst service ever. The "mechanics" were watching tv and goofing off more than doing any work. We went in for an oil change and alignment and it wasn't busy. It took them 3+ hours. Needless to say they will never get my business again. read more

This place is literally a shitshow. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE. I made an appointment online for 3pm later the same day through their website and scheduling system. I came in and told the guy I had an appointment at 3 for an oil change and he told me to pull my car into the service area. I did this and as I get out he tells me he called earlier (I didn't have any voicemails, but I did have one missed call from an unknown number) and they don't take same day appointments and I would be treated like a walk in with the wait being 2 1/2 hours. When I asked why i was allowed to schedule an appointment on THEIR website for the same day they didn't have an answer and just shrugged it off. I wasted my entire day waiting on this appointment only to show up and then tell me it was pointless. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I could have made an appointment elsewhere and had this done earlier in the day. I will NEVER go back there and I will tell every single person that asks to not go there. Their customer service is NONEXISTENT. read more

They have most likely than not had other individuals to write them good reviews. Run far. Besides, you will get a better deal on tires at Firestone for the same amount of mileage. read more
