Chicken and cauliflower - A white ceramic plate contains cauliflower florets in a red sauce, alongside grilled chicken topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions. The plate is on a wooden table with glasses of water, condiments, and a black napkin holder visible in the background. The setting appears to be a restaurant with other dishes and tableware present.

We started coming here a few months ago we brought our parents and our daughter fiancé. We all enjoy this restaurant. This last experience was not one of the better ones. Some confusion and issues. Asparagus way overcooked but it taste good. Our appetizer didn't come out but they ended up taking care of us on that. The one thing that I really wish is that the servers would ask if we were part of the Rewards program. We have been there at least three times that we have not used our phone number for the Rewards. Two of which were over $100 purchases and I'm a little bummed about that because I would like to get my points And for some reason I can't get it in my head that seared has points so I'm always forgetting. Our server (Matt?) was very nice ! Ambiance cold and dark

Three skewers with bacon-wrapped pieces of food are arranged on a white ceramic plate. The skewers are cooked, with the bacon appearing crispy and browned. The plate has a small amount of oil or sauce pooled at the bottom. The image is taken from a top-down angle, showing the skewers and the plate's edge, with some shadows cast on the plate.

Our first visit since the remodel. I loved the ambiance and low lighting. We were seated in front of the bar. It was fine until someone off the street came in and sat behind us at the bar in their Oil Change attire after work. I consider this place upscale for Toledo. The food was delicious, New York Strip cooked to perfection, Filet Lollipops were great! The area behind the bar has large screen and it doesn't make sense for the atmosphere. I would come again, only if I sat away from the bar.

Crispy Brussel Sprouts - The image shows a white ceramic serving dish filled with crispy Brussels sprouts, garnished with a dark sauce or seasoning. The dish is placed on a wooden table, with part of a black object visible nearby. The Brussels sprouts appear roasted or fried, with some leaves slightly charred or caramelized.

Our first visit to Seared for a birthday celebration. Thank you to Kristen (1011), our server, for being so helpful for our entire meal. Our food was delicious!

Amazing Food, Drinks, Ambience!! A truly hidden gem! Service was outstanding (Trent was awesome) West Side watermelon Martini, Lollipops, blackened Grouper, Crab Cakes, EVERYTHING was amazing!!

Swordfish Toledo style - The image shows a seafood dish with a baked fish topped with fried onions and microgreens. Accompanying the dish are a piece of bread and a small container of white sauce. The presentation is on a white plate, with the food arranged to highlight the fish and garnishes.

We recently hosted a retirement party for my boss here, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. Wayne and Amy were incredible to work with while planning everything--they helped coordinate the setup, worked with us on catering appetizers, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even accommodated us bringing in our own cake, which was a huge plus. They gave us a large dedicated section for our group, and everything ran seamlessly all night. The food and drinks were fantastic across the board--everyone in our party was raving. The pretzel bites with beer cheese were a big hit, and the pulled pork nacho bar for appetizers was next level. People kept going back for more and talking about it all night. But the real standout of the evening was our waitress, Karissa. She was an absolute rockstar. We had a large group with individual tabs for everyone, and she kept everything perfectly organized without missing a beat. Drinks were always full, food came out quickly, and no one was left waiting or confused. Whatever system she was running behind the scenes--it worked flawlessly. It's not easy to keep a big group happy, and she made it look effortless. Whether you're going for a casual dinner or planning a large event, this is a place that knows how to take care of people. Highly recommend.

Started off with the Saugatuck Blueberry and Lemonade shandy, very tasty and smooth, if not looking for something heavy this is a great choice. The fresh cut fries are thin but great taste but not to salty. We also got the Pulled Pork nachos which had great tasting pork and sour cream with some bbq drizzle as well, it was the best appetizer we had. The pretzel was solid and the hummus and veggies is what you would expect but felt like an afterthought as the hummus didn't have any taste. The wait staff was engaged and attentive. For a brewery/pub it has a lot to offer with an upbeat atmosphere. I recommend checking them out!

After the shareable alone, I knew I'd be adding Cooper's Hawk as one of my favorite brunch spots as well! As always, the whole team at Cooper's Hawk go out of their way to give you the best possible experience, and they always have the best recommendations! The Applewood Smoked Bacon Pizza is by far the absolute best breakfast pizza I've ever had! I'm a big pesto fan & the fresh slightly acidic bursts from the oven roasted tomatoes when you take a bite is awesome! One of my go-to's if dining out for breakfast is a scramble or hash; the smoked brisket hash is a MUST! It's extra cheesy & the smoked brisket alone is unreal!! If you like breakfast on the sweeter side, the Hawaiian Bread French Toast is a great pick! I love all the berries & the berry sauce with it! You have to try it all!!

We had a reservation for 6pm and the lobby area was already packed on a Saturday. If you're familiar with the Cooper's Hawk chain, it's about wine, a cool, mostly upscale casual ambiance and generally great food. Upon entering, there is a long bar for wine tasting and also opportunities to purchase wine-related decanters, glasses and (of course!) wine! We buzzed straight through that area to check in for our reservation. And I definitely recommend a reservation unless you want to hang out for a while tasting various wines before being seated. Anyway, our reserved booth was ready right on time and was very comfortable. The restaurant was pretty busy and yet we were promptly greeted by Dante' our server. He brought us each two complimentary wine tastings before taking our wine order. He also answered questions about the menu and brought us hot pretzel bread. The atmosphere in the restaurant was on the loud side because it was so busy and at times it was difficult to hear Dante' or to converse in general. We didn't order appetizers because we knew the entrees would be substantial. In the current economy, it wasn't surprising to see that prices had definitely increased since the last visit. A glass of wine was $11 for house wine and entree's ranged in price based on whatever you chose to order. My friend ordered the Chicken Madeira, which came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I ordered the Ellie's Chicken Piccata with pasta, which I've enjoyed on past visits, and also added a side of asparagus. Both my friend and I enjoyed our first couple of bites. My friend found that the sauce became overwhelmingly sweet on the Chicken Madeira. I found that my entrée had way too much lemon sauce, although the chicken was perfectly cooked and tender. It was rather disappointing since I remember this entree being amazing in the past. It wasn't anything bad but too much sauce was simply too much and detracted from the meal. If I ordered it again, I would request light sauce, but that's definitely a hypothetical if... I probably would order the salmon dinner. However, I'm not really in any hurry to return. Dante' did a great job as our server and allowed us to linger as we continued to catch up with each other's lives. I would recommend this restaurant with the caveat that a Saturday night would likely be very busy in the dining room and the kitchen. Check out pictures below.

Ambiance was dark- like a bar-type of atmosphere- which didn't matter because it was an overcast day in Ohio. It was also more of a sports var as there were lots of TV screens. I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich after being assured by my server that it was one of her favorites. It came with delicious French Fries. The sandwich was good but not amazing. For my taste, the chicken was a bit overcooked, but better than undercooked. The fries were delicious, even though I only ate a few. Before I went to college, I worked in a nice seafood restaurant and our nightly task was to make sure ketchup containers were full. Therefore, I noticed that my container of ketchup was down to the last few squirts. Never a good thing/sound! Overall, not a bad place to eat, but nothing worth going out of your way to try, imo. I see that others gave it better reviews, so this is my experience, Pictures below...
