First I got a quote from Eddie and one other roofer and Eddie's price was the fairest and most professional of the two, so it was an easy decision to hire him. Eddie was booked for the next month or two, but he gave me an approximate start date, kept in touch with updates along the way and indeed they started my job pretty close to when he predicted, despite several weather delays he must have encountered on his other jobs. Eddie also pulled all necessary permits with the county. Eddie's crew is really top notch. Very friendly and hard working. They showed up on time each day. They first tore off my old roof and did a good job controlling and clearing the mess with a lot of tarps on the ground around my house. Then they replaced a few pieces of plywood on my roof that had warped over the years. One of the great things Eddie's crew also does is they replace or fix everything on your roof that needs it, including any vent pipes, flashing, drip edges and ridge vents, all of which were budgeted in his original estimate. They also seal all pipes, protrusions, and paint everything to match the roof. The final shingle installation was executed perfectly as well. Eddie Hobbs Roofing is licensed and bonded. He also includes a 5-year warranty on all workmanship. It's been 18 months since Eddie Hobbs Roofing has installed my roof and it's holding up really well without a single leak. Can't recommend Eddie Hobbs Roofing enough.

We initially hired a roofer who lied about license and ultimately did a complete botch job on our roof. We then hired Eddie to asses the damage which was really bad and he took the roof off, replaced it with a new one and did a beautiful job. Something so impressive to call out... Eddie left our property so beautiful... NO nails! He and his team go thru the property with a magnetic device and pick them up... SO impressive. Additionally, our home wasn't flooded with old cigarettes etc after they spent a few weeks there (sad that this needs to be called out, but it does). Eddie is so responsive, super knowledgable, a very nice man, and priced well (we had a few quotes and Eddie came in best). I would highly recommend Eddie Hobbs Roofing... they are awesome!

Kurt came to inspect within days and gave us a fairly competitive price amongst other quotes up the mountain. The job was completed within 3 days and his team did a great job keeping the property clean and making the project easy for us since we can't always be at the property -- besides being onsite during a roofing project is stressful and loud. Process went from quoting, asking between which brand of composite (our choice of material) and color, scheduling project dates, and permit application. Went up on the roof after the project was done and everything looks great. He easily invoiced us and we received permit certificate from SB for our records.

We felt every sub contractor Don utilized on our project from that painter through completion was clean, timely and fantastic. We did a small addition (closet, bathroom, laundry room) which required removing a dead tree, retaining walls, doors & windows, roofing, siding, insulation, plumbing electrical and tile work. We never had an issue passing inspection. Since Don lives on the mountain, he was helpful to us as newbies. He recommended product choices based on durability, etc. He offered remedies to the aging home's prior projects that weren't done safely or correctly. When we discovered that a gopher had loaded the existing bathroom wall with tons of dirt, he had a solution and expert to remedy the situation. As other issues arose in our aging home, he offered options without sales pressure as to what would serve us best in the long run, always making the final decision our choice. Safety and durability seem to be top priorities. We appreciated how he guided us through the process. Unfortunately during inspection, we learned this roof was at the end of its 20 year life. Luckily we upgraded our general inspection to spend extra time on the roof & found a lot of issues before things could have gotten much worse. His wonderful crew cleaned the gutters, installed an ice & water shield membrane on the entire roof, a new 30lb underlayment, added cdx plywood to make the slope transition smooth, fixed a ton of random issues and used magnets on our entire property to make sure there werent any leftover nails or screws that would hurt our kids or dogs. I double checked and couldnt find any. This winter will be much cozier with the extra insulation we upgraded to with this new roof. Nothing like having a brand new roof over your head.
