The new owners have changed it alot. On good side updated gas pumps. However the repair shop has gone down in its service. I have used them for years on all sorts of repairs, new tires, smog check. However this last experience with smog left me owing 200 bucks and no pass. The staff in repair has either left or has their hands tied with new owners. Sadly I won't return. read more

Brought my 19-year old Highlander in for a coolant leak. Bert replaced a leaking original radiator and both hoses. Very pleased with his work. Took it it at 9am and it was done same day. Do not trust this place. We own a RV and had the Propane tank filled there. Since it was filled 2 rather than 1 star. It seemed odd we needed 7 gallons since the capacity is 12.2 gallons but it is the kind of thing you let slide. Another RV owner in the park showed me his paper ticket from this station for 8 gallons of propane for a tank that holds 7 gallons. They appear to bill people for air. It is highly unlikely my gauge is incorrect and his 30 pound tank (30 pound tanks hold 7 gallons of propane) magically expanded to hold an extra gallon. We were not asked if anyone was in the RV and if the gas was on. I also asked if I could move the RV the 20' to the pump and pay for the propane as I filled with gas; no pay first. read more

This review is for the smog check. Initially I was hesitant to go here from reading all the negative reviews, however, I was driving by and thought let's check it out. I went there about 8:30am on a Tuesday morning, asked if they did smog checks, they said yes we can do it right now for you. Pulled my car in, the whole process took less than 15 mins. Spoke to 2 different gentlemen while I was there and they were both very friendly. Cost was $59 and that was about the same price as 3 or 4 other places I called. So i came in there for a smog test and as i'm filling out the paperwork, the elderly mechanic asked if the check engine light was on. I told him it was, but i said i didn't think it was emissions related because I have diagnostic software on my laptop and didn't see anything emissions related. Instead of telling me if the light is on, it's an automatic fail, he proceeded to test the car and fail it then tell me I owe him $60 for the test and they'll re-test for free if I pay them to repair the car. At that point i realized what was going on and why he didn't just say it would automatically fail. It was so he could push me into a costly repair. This station has a long history of taking advantage of old people, and women. They used to rip off my grandmother when she lived in Leisure World. I won't be having them repair the car, nor will ii go back and have them re-test for another $60. Nor will i ever buy gas there again. Btw... the car failed due to a loose gas cap. I guarantee they would have "found" a lot more wrong with the car had i given it to them to repair. read more

Just another disrespectful POS Arab run gas station... Disrespectful to the next level. I had to come in here to bring a work truck in for a quick oil change. Since I walked in they treated me like shit and like I was unworthy of their time and to be on their property. I asked him to fill out a purchase form which legally I can not fill out. They do. He shoves it back like a dick head and tells me you fill it out "that's not my job". He then refused to take it and release my work truck back to us. So per protocol I called the payment service company to explain to him. Again he refused to accept the phone to have them explain to him it IS his job to handle this shit per their contract. Nope refused and again started shit talking me again. After about 45 min the contract company made me pay it with my own money and refunded me and barred their business. When I go to a smaller size gas station, I usually head inside to pay for gas. I just don't feel comfortable swiping my card at a station that has only a few pumps. I'm not sure why. This place is a rip off. I had to replace 2 heater hoses and the charge was $150! here is the breakdown. I asked the owner/guy in charge "150? how much is labor?" This review is for the Smog Check Station, but since they're attached to the gas station, one can infer that the gas station is crooked, too. My husband and I brought my car in for a smog check. My husband, who is an industrial machinist and large vehicle mechanic, ran my car through his scanner prior to bringing it to the Smog Check. It scanned clean, no issues. It should have passed the Smog Check with no issues. Tony performed the smog check. My car failed the smog check. And, when my husband inquired why, Tony was evasive. When my husband pressed for more information, Tony became defensive and almost belligerent. There is absolutely no reason why my car shouldn't have passed the smog check. And when we brought it to a different smog check station, it PASSED without any issues. Several days later I find 3 different charges from other gas stations with a grand total of about $70 worth of gas on each occurrence (all within 2 days of each other). I take my Caddi in to pump gas and ask for the receipt, and I realize I just got charged a credit card price (10 cents per gallon more) on my Phillips 76 gas card which, at every other 76 gas station in the area , is the same as cash.
