Today was my cheat meal day and I decided to try Haire's! I've passed it many times as my barber is around the corner. I called in for pickup and the gentleman on the phone wanted to clarify with me that I was ordering for this location and not other one. Once confirmed, I ordered a small dinner with spaghetti as my side. I asked for two additional sauces and a Ginger Ale. He asked for my name and noted it would be about 15 minutes. I showed up roughly 12 minutes later and it was already ready! Cost was $30.18. I got back to the car, sanitized my hands, opened the bag and popped one of the Shrimp in my mouth. They were piping hot and the taste was absolutely delicious. The seasoning and the crispy batter...these Shrimp were amazing and this is without the cocktail sauce! I asked my daughter if she wanted to try, she did but asked for the cocktail sauce. We both tried with the cocktail sauce..Her eyes lit up with excitement and said "dad these are so good!" Next we both tried the spaghetti. It was really flavorful! It reminded me of the spaghetti my grandma and aunts would make growing up for a big family function...actual nostalgia. The dinner came with a side of coleslaw and two packets of saltine crackers. Coleslaw was decent. My only gripe is the size of the small dinner spaghetti cup. I feel like it could have been a bit larger for the price (small meal is $24: 15 Shrimp, side (spaghetti or fries), coleslaw, hot or cocktail sauce. Overall, I'll definitely be back. I live closer to the one on 75th, so will venture to that one next time!

We ordered a full order of fried shrimp, half order of fried smelts, 1 lb of pepper/ garlic smoked salmon & a half lb of smoked sturgeon. The fried shrimp were fresh and delicious. I've had better fried shrimp in the city but these were definitely delicious. Seasoned, Flavorful crunchy coating, sweet mild shrimp an easy 8.7/10. The fried smelts were also fresh tasting, flaky inside, seasoned crust on the outside. Fried perfectly!! We really enjoyed them. 9/10! I wish I had gotten tartar sauce for them instead of hot sauce. The Pepper/ garlic smoked salmon was also top tier! Served cold like revenge it was wasn't over smoked but the perfect amount of smoke. A slice of lemon would definitely take it up further! The smoke sturgeon was fatty and mild. Nice and meaty with a slight sweetness almost the flavor of crab. I spent $76 and some change for the meal. And told them to keep the $3 and change for their tip jar. Total $80 bucks well worth it! In addition to the long wait, the quality of service did not reflect the prices being charged. The food and overall experience no longer meet the standard that initially drew me in as a loyal customer. It's disheartening to see such a noticeable decline in both service and consistency. While this isn't a dine in location, customer service and satisfaction would contribute to a significantly better ambiance.
