Hmm, where to start. I ordered 2lbs of snow crab legs with sausage. When I opened the tray I had 2 clusters of snow crab not 2lbs and no sausage. When I went to opening the crab legs there was no meat in them. If they would've weighted it which I assumed they did, they would've realized I wasn't receiving 2lbs of snow crab more like a pound of shell. A whole leg came with a half knuckle size of meat. Maybe they overcooked it, i dont know. They also wouldn't put any of the juice or boil in a separate container for dipping the crab meat. Most establishments charge you for sauce on the side which I was willing to pay for but the lady behind the counter refused. It was a very disappointing experience, and honestly they probably got these snow crab from a Costco or wherever they sell them in stores. If people are paying money for snow crab please ensure the snow crab has meat in them. read more

Out of all of the fisherman island in Chicago this one hands down is the best with taste and the amount of pods and most all customer service. read more

Love this Seafood I really don't care for the location as I see they are building several more one they have built out in Oak Forest which I will be checking out soon they have another one on Cottage Grove which is about the same amount of distance to me but back to the food I have ordered that I want to see at least three times this is my favorite between fisherman and Seafood Junction I think fisherman is totally better what the quality of seafood the amount that you get the seasoning that's on the seafood the prices are a little bit lower in my God I don't know what they put in that butter if I could just buy the butter and buy the seasoning cuz I can steam a crab legs pretty well but I wish they would give out the recipe will let you buy the sauce that's what get you that is what's bringing you through the doors the sauce that they put on the spices the butter my favorite I believe it's number 28 when you can get a lobster tail a cluster and shrimp I always add another cluster so me and my daughter don't have to be fighting on the Clusters cuz wheel of crap and it has with it tons of steamed vegetables potatoes broccoli and is just delicious but it will cost you a little all and I believe $58 $60 but it is enough for two people if you get an extra cluster read more

So I check this place out today. I walked into this place with no idea of what I was going to get from this pretty much simple to order menu. Well it didn't take me long to get to #14. Great price and a verity. I was very happy with my selection. My Sea food combination hit the spot and some for later. I just put the pan in the over with the lid on and it was as good as the 1st bite. (15 mins on 300) So this was a winner I must say The service was nice. It only took 10 mins to get my food (cooked to order) Steamed just Right My food was very good and fresh I love the sides and I picked the Cajun seasoning. And you can ask for extra condiments if you need more. This place has parking in 2 areas. In the front and on the side of the building And right next door to a gas station. They take all forms of payments. And you can tip them. I really recommend that if you like sea food at its best and carry out then you must give this place a try. Happy yelping read more

Honestly, it is extremely addictive. The area may not be the best but the staff is nice and I have never waited on my food for more than 15 minutes. The food is nicely seasoned. It was nice to find a place where it was closer to my home and to also find seafood in an area where most things are fried, it was nice to eat fresh seafood. I will be a continuous consumer. Updated on 2/29/2016: still love this place but I am taking a star away for parking, how on Sundays it says that they open at 11am but don't open the doors until noon (don't know how it is on other days) and one time when I ordered a snow crab platter they gave me all claws. Affordable & Delicious!! I was very skeptical at first because it's in a gas station but once I received a couple of recommendations I decided to give it a try and this place was delicious. I was able to get quite a bit of food for a very low price compared to some of the other places with the same niche. My staple go to is the half pound of shrimp and crab cluster the vegetables are so will season I typically get the Cajun and the lemon pepper sometimes I get the jerk which is a little spicy but all around you can't go wrong when you try the different ones the house and the lemon pepper is a really good one too. Let me start with the butter is delicious, it's scary!!! This place peeked my interest as I am looking for good food options in Englewood. It was good! The price was right, not too expensive for seafood, and it was fresh. The cons were that it's about 3 blocks away from my friends house and from them handing it to him to the 5 min drive home the food was cold. The potatoes were also over cooked. Found this hidden gem located in the south side Chicago right off the high way on 63rd St. I was very impressed with their high quality food, not to mention all their platters are served with 3 sides. I ordered the lobster tail and snow crab and it was by far the best! Their house seasoning takes 6 stars! I can't wait to come back and try the rest of their platters. She asked me what I like and I told her I like snow crab and lobster tail so she recommended me to order number 15 which was snow crab and lobster tail. I only had to wait like 5 minutes for my food. Restaurant is connected to a gas station which caught me off guard when looking for it, but as soon as you enter you step into the establishment you forget where you are. Soooo I'm back to update my review. First let me say the customer service is untouchable. I was contacted by Mohammad telling me he'd like nothing more than to be able to redeem himself and give me another pan of food to enjoy in the hopes of liking my food and updating the review. Of course I was skeptic but didn't really give it much thought. Until I got a call from Pam asking for the same opportunity. I agreed but it slipped my mind (with me knowing how to cook and so many other places to eat in Chicago it was an easy oversight) until she called again. Something said "damn they are REALLY going out of their way to please the customer" so I went in today to pick up the food. And let me say it was cooked SUPERBLY this time around. Mohammad told me to request "light seasoning" which I did and that made a world of difference. Plus everything was cooked just right this time.
