I bought a card, a salmon metal bottle cap opener, a ring made from a spoon, small bottle of lovely smelling perfume, plus some Palo Santo matches. We took some pictures in the Photo Booth as well. This is a fun shop to browse, and there are some interesting finds. Staff were friendly and I fully enjoyed it. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. Staff blamed each other instead of fixing the issue, and the "owner call" for a discount felt staged and not genuine. The credit card minimum was also not clearly explained. Overall, there is a lack of transparency in pricing. I recommend customers double-check everything before purchasing. Hopefully, the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, California Department of Consumer Affairs will look into this case!!
