This is purely FYI: *** Location / Contact *** If you choose driving directions through yelp, it takes you to Newport Beach, but there is no store at the location provided on the yelp map. If you enter the pullman address provided on yelp, it takes you a business park, but suite 118 seems to have some other business on the door. Also tried calling the number provided (both on the website and yelp) multiple times, but it's just an 800 number that goes to voicemail. No answer and no return call. Very disappointing. I wish the website or yelp would have some updates on the status of this business or it's locations. read more

Dishonest business! Their website says they stand behind their return policy and accept returns on full price items. I ordered a Priscilla plunge one piece at full price. They sent it to me with a piece of paper marked final sale. When I followed the instructions on the website and emailed them to get a return label, they ignored my several emails and kept my money. This is the worst company ever! Poor quality and customer service is horrible! I have emailed so many times to get my suit replaced to no avail! Much less get my money back!!!!! Just got a custom bikini made by Britt B at BeachCandy! Let me just start off by saying I am a little bit of a bikini addict and had to see what a custom suit would be like. I'm always spilling out of my tops never wanting to be active in a suit for the fear of flashing everyone. Well this suit had everything I wanted and more. The quality of the swimwear is nice , but the sizing is all over the map. Super hard to order accurate sizes. It's okay if you exchange for another size.... But returns are a NIGHTMARE!!! First keep track of your return because they definitely won't. Second it takes numerous messages (more than five outreaches) to try to get money credited back to your account. In fact my last return I actually had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Overall would not recommend. Easier to just go to a department store and buy a similar quality/style swimsuit at this point. read more

We came by in July of this year to look at what they had on the rack. My wife ended up getting measurements for a custom suit that day AND took home 3 suits off the rack. I went here to shop for my wife's bikini for her birthday.. I have to say for a man going to shop for his wife with no knowledge, this was the perfect place. Brit was so helpful in any aspect to help design a bikini perfect for my wife. We went through measurements, photos and bikinis my wife had shown me and Brit from beachcandy had designed and created the perfect suit. My wife was so happy with EVERY aspect. She told me this was the most amazing bikini she had ever owned, it fit comfortably, let alone covered my wife trouble spots she complains about. I've never felt better gifting my wife a bikini that she had 100% confidence in. Needless to say I will be coming back here or taking my wife in for a custom suit of her choice. First I would like to say that the service was excellent and the young lady that sold the item to me yesterday and took it back today was wonderfully patient! For the customer service I would certainly give 5 stars. Now to the merchandise. I stopped here, because I have trouble finding large bikini tops and therefore this specialty store would have been perfect! I actually did find one that fit which was exciting! Now here is the PROBLEM, after going swimming and taking it off I laid it for a moment on my white bedspread and to my absolute shock and dismay the color of the bikini had transferred onto my bedspread leaving a large pink stain. In all the many years I have bought swim suits, I have never had such a thing happen. I find a bathing suit that looses its color when wet, unacceptable!!! The quality for this specific item appears to be obviously poor to put it nicely. The good thing would be that thankfully I did not lay it on my car seat or there really would be a problem! I went back again right away today to return this poor quality item but was told that I can only have store credit, which after this experience I really did not want. I wanted a refund but was told store credit is all I can get. So I will have to return to pick something else or forfeit the money. I got this item from the sale rack and maybe that was part of the problem? I think I am more disappointed than anything :( and for the reasons described above I cannot recommend this store at all. read more

The worst experience ever! I ordered a bikini from the New section and when it arrived, it didn't fit at all, even though I followed explicit instructions on the sizing chart. I shipped it back the same day I received it, but was told that I could not get my money back since it was on sale and only non sale merchandise is refundable. I honestly didn't even realize it was on sale as I ordered from the New section. Once I started looking at the website closer, I realized that everything is on sale, so nothing is refundable. I emailed customer service once more asking to please make an exception since I returned it the same day and it's in perfect resalable condition only to be met by a reply that said if I continue to email them, it'll be considered harassment!!!!! I've been in sales myself my entire adult life, so I understand a lot about customer service. Never, have I ever experienced such horrible treatment. I got to visit the location on PCH before they moved and every piece was so cute! I love all the sparkles, accessories, and attention to detail they have put on each item. Terrible experience and the owner Brit has taken my money. On July 16, 2017, I paid up front $541.00 for a custom suit. It was to be "perfect" and delivered within 3 weeks. It is now September 21, 2017 and I still have nothing. The first ill attempt at making the custom suit arrived over a month late with excuses that they "forgot" about it. Then, it didn't even fit. After sending it back and incurring more postage fees, I waited another 3 weeks for the suit. Lies were said that something was wrong with the mail system, to how the Hurricane in Houston caused delays. Yet, her shop is 45 minutes from my residence. Once I finally got the second attempt at the custom suit, it fell apart when I put it on. I would never recommend this company and do not trust anything they say. read more

WOW!!! I was attracted to this store from driving by on PCH... The Turquoise store front really catches your eye, then your eyes see the sexy mannequins in gorgeous bathing suits... Beach Candy is a unique treasure amongst the swimwear lines! Brit creates beautiful custom suits and swimwear with such detail and love! I went into the store to be pampered with amazing customer service by Jenn and left the store confident I got the best suit I've ever owned! While in the store, I tried multiple suits on and fell in love with the Halle Grommet suit! I've always had issues with the fit, especially with bottoms, but after a few pins here and there placed by Jenn, I knew that it would be perfect! I am from South Dakota and wanted a bathing suit just like the one I had but in another color of my choosing. It was very simple!.. sent the bathing suit my measurements and they sent me color swatches. They were very patient with me as I had difficulty choosing from many of the beautiful colors. When I made my mind up; it took them approximately 10 days and I had the swimsuit before my vacation. I wore it decided it needed to be a little smaller, sent it back. I am so thrilled to have found out about Beachcandy! I now have started my collection of beachcandy and have (2) bikinis made by Brit B. I love the customer service that is provided(very friendly and welcoming) and all the answers to my questions. Being that I am smaller in the chest area, I'm picky when it comes to my tops because I need the extra push-up. They offered a couple different options and showed me what they thought would help me out more, and they were right, also giving me the option to add push up cups into my top. I also love the "candy" that is on their bathing suits, making it a one of a kind look! They have so many styles and options. I have never gotten more compliments than I do when I rock my beachcandy! Brit designs the bathing suit that fits your type of body. I am large on top and have a body overall that is not prescriptive. I do come in with an idea of what I want but she would be able to help you if you didn't. I'm not friends with her and I have no investment to help her but I'm just obsessed with the fact that this service is out there. If I have a bra that I like, she can match it. If I see a style I like, she can make it. She has a wide range of beautiful colors and just gives great advice and understands body types. I feel confident on the beach. It's pretty amazing. Five Stars isn't enough for Beach Candy!!! Brit is an amazing, young entrepreneur who makes customer service her #1 priority. Wearing one of Brit's glamourous, bathing suits, whether a bikini or a one-piece, will make you feel like a celebrity. When I waked into Beach Candy my first impression was French Rivera, Beverly Hills, or very high-level Vegas. This is my experience with Brit. I found Beach Candy after I had major surgery on my arm which left my forearm with a long, unsightly scar. I know this sounds quite vain, but this affected my self-esteem on many levels. I not only wanted to cover up the scar, but after being a bit depressed and down for months after surgery without any exercise, I wanted to hide my body. I therefore opted for a one-piece. Brit created a stunning, one-piece bathing suit with short, flowing sleeves, which covered up the scar. After my second fitting, though the gorgeous suit was one-of-a-kind and could have been sported by the pool at the Bellagio, I looked at myself in the mirror and my heart sank. Though I'm over 50, I'm still a Southern Californian, beach girl and I simply was not ready for a one-piece. But after many alterations and fittings on my customized one-piece, how could I tell Brit that I now wanted a two-piece instead? When I told her, she was so understating and kind, and if I may say so myself, I'm rocking my new bikini. Throughout this experience Brit has not only shown enormous patience with me, she has helped me gain back my self-esteem. I would recommend buying or having a custom-designed, bathing suit designed by Brit whether you are 17 or 70. read more
