Bartenders were polite. Place was nice and clean. We were in town for work, so we visited around 530-6pm.

I love the ambiance and lounge feel of this place. They have healthy small plates and delicious cocktails. The staff is attentive and friendly. Come here!

This is a nice local spot for cocktails. Usually pretty quiet. The house cocktails are made nicely but definitely need more liquor. Blame it on utah liquor laws. Next time I will ask for a "long pour" because some just taste like juice. The food here is really good. I love the sandwiches and the hummus and pita. Great spot for first dates. Located above the coffee shop. Make sure you enter at the door on the northwest corner. They have indoor and outdoor seating and wide selection of vinyl records that they play.

I found myself in the area with about an hour to kill on a Friday night. Having previously driven by, I was curious about this strangely located cocktail bar, so I pulled into the parking lot to give it a try. I knew it was upstairs, but from the outside, it was not clear where to enter. I first tried the outside stairs that led to the patio, but was greeted with a locked gate and a few strange looks from patrons inside. I turned around, headed back down and decided to give the coffee shop door a try. Sure enough, it was open (the door, not the coffee shop-that was clearly closed). Still no signage to lend any clue on where to go, but deductive reasoning told me to try the stairs. It felt very much like an office building and I was on my way to the break room. I found myself in the entrance of the bar, greeted only by a sign that told me to seat myself and someone would be with me shortly. There were table top QR codes that invited me to check out the menu, which I did while I waited for someone to come out from behind the counter area. I didn't see a bartender, server or any staff member for several minutes. There were two other tables with occupants, and they were enjoying drinks, so I knew I was in the right place. A few minutes later, a nice young lady cheerfully greeted me and took my order. I got the hummus and pita along with a glass of chardonnay. (I know I'm at a cocktail bar and should have been more adventurous, but I was feeling wine that night.) The appetizer and wine came out very quickly, along with a glass of still water (my favorite!!) that was kept topped off during my visit. Service was friendly and laid back-not overly aggressive. Behind the bar, I noticed lots of vinyl records, which I assumed to be what I heard being played. The music was rock, but not being played too loudly, which I appreciated. It's a cool collection of records, and I'm sure vintage music collectors would be impressed. The food/appetizer menu is very small-don't come here to eat, you come here to have a nice drink or two. The outdoor patio looks cozy-I'd probably enjoy sitting out there on a slightly warmer evening, sipping on a cocktail and overlooking the Draper city lights. I'd also provide directions to patrons who, like me, were confused with how to enter.

Quaint neighborhood bar. Lots of drink options. Fun music. Friendly staff. Lots of seating available. Small balcony with a few chairs.

Visited the first time right after they opened due to shut down from covid. The space doesn't have a great sign to see from the road so it was a little confusing to find which door to enter. I think there is three other businesses in the building. Anyway, it is upstairs. They had sanitizer for all and QR code menu only. The bartender wore a mask. We enjoyed our drinks. I had a pimms cup. Maybe a little on the expensive side but she took the time to make them right. Looks like the music is all vinyl. So we heard Fleetwood Mac during our visit which we loved. We were the only ones in there. We will try coming here again when things loosen up again.

Heard about this hidden gem. You go upstairs, and enter a place with a ton of windows, records, and people. Super chill environment, with chairs, stools, and couches. Signature cocktails are tasty and are almost an art form. Bartender is super nice, and will make you anything.

This is a nice cozy little neighborhood cocktail bar - they have a nice menu of drinks to choose from and are always updating.

This is a unique little spot. It picked up shortly after we arrived and I noticed groups brought in their own games to play and desserts to eat. They are currently not offering table service, although there's inside and outside (upper level) seating. There didn't seem to be much selection for food, but there were plenty of beverages to choose from and it was clean with nice open space and great music. It was just one person at the bar making all the drinks and so I'm not sure that they're actually cooking food. The menu showed mainly hummus and other small bites.

There's nothing like a handcrafted cocktail and Seabird does it right. My husband's favorite is The Verde (no longer on their menu) and mine is a Paloma (not on the menu either) but they are so kind to make them for us. Records on records give this place a great vibe.

Moscow mule instead of vodka we brought our outlaw distillery spiced rum and it was amazing

They all were so good that we couldn't agree on a favorite. Breakfast burrito and ube pancakes for mains. The burrito was STUFFED with delicious chorizo, cheese, egg, and veggies. Wrapped in a super large tortilla then grilled for crispy exterior. Served with a fantastic salsa with hints chipotle heat. Great flavor but not so much that it buries the flavor. The ube pancakes were also incredible. Four large, lightly crisped cakes topped with ube whipped cream, blueberries, blueberry syrup drizzle, and a mint sprig. First bite was so good that I didn't talk for at least five minutes, so I could shovel in more and more. They came with a side of syrup, but it was definitely not needed. I'll certainly be back to try more menu items, but it'll be hard to resist temptation of the burrito. The biscuits also came with a cinnamon butter and blueberry butter, but the caramel was my favorite (this shocked me!) I tried the meat on both the birria hash and carnitas hash and I'd have to say I prefer the carnitas over the birria! Because it was Father's Day they also sent the dads away with a bottle of root beer, which I thought was fun. I would definitely recommend and will also go again and try something new. We did end up getting there around 9:30, which was great timing. When we were leaving there were a lot of people waiting around for their table.

The new interior refresh is nice, modern, and inviting...and a pleasant departure from the typical Indian restaurant... Although I think some modern cultural artwork, paintings, and decorations would be very fitting as an add-on to the Jalwa restaurant. Our waiter was very pleasant (although he spoke in hushed tones...and it was difficult to hear him.) He also got a little confused as to what we were looking for with respect to just wanting the papadums with chutney (which is a standard appetizer at most Indian restaurants that we've patronized,) but instead we got vegetable pakora with chutney and just plain papadums on the side. Hmmmm. Nevertheless, it was all delicious. My wife's main entree was the butter chicken, and we both shared a saag aloo. I had my go-to chicken vindaloo, and it was delicious. The portion sizes are humongous, which is a nice departure from the typical Indian restaurant where you pay $15 and get maybe half the bowl that Jalwa provides. Overall, an excellent experience and will be back to patronize more often. Oh, and they're newly updated and revised menu is awesome! Dozens and dozens of options. It took us at least 10 minutes to get through it all to figure out what we wanted! Four stars for good food (and plenty of it), good service, and a nice new atmosphere as compared to Aroma. The restaurant is beautiful with fancy light up menus which is needed because it's pretty dark inside. I ordered the beef ribs and my husband ordered the picanha. Both came out extremely tough and chewy. My daughter had to spit out her bite because she got tired of chewing so we had to cut each piece into 1/2 cm pieces for it to be palatable. I've been to Brazilian steak houses before and beef ribs are usually the most tender and flavorful especially when there is bone. The server did say it was going to on the chewy side but I didn't think he was serious. Like why would you make meat intentionally chewy? For a $50 dish that came with no sides and worse than what we've made at home it's pretty disappointing. We also ordered a side of the grilled veggies which had some veggies that were so bitter and others that were undercooked and no seasoning. The purple yams were decent and the coquettes but again the pricing for each was exorbitant. Also because they have a somewhat open kitchen style concept the dining room got extremely hot and we were just dying to get out quickly. For two entrees, two sides, one app, a bottle of water and glass of wine a bill of $225 was not worth it. Sadly not a great experience.
