Amazing experience. Wines are great, Denise, the tasting room host, was incredible knowledgeable - both about the wine, and the area. Fun and chill atmosphere, highly recommend for every Paso Robles down town wine tasting adventure. Fun and relaxing!

I love Sea Shell Winery. Their selections are delicious and they listen and understand what you are looking for.

Denise at Seashell Cellars is amazing!

Amazing wines. Tasting room is so comfortable & welcoming. Great wine club perks. Especially loving the rose.

Great wines, great mellow vibe, great service. Even though this tasting room is in the heart of downtown Paso, the experience was like a vineyard tasting room from 20 years ago. And that's a good thing! Rather than just walking into a bar, we were treated like the wine lovers we are. Our pourer was knowledgeable, friendly, and even gave our dogs bandana swag and treats.

They say a person makes or breaks an experience at a winery! Denise is no exception! She was so warm and friendly and fun and made our tasting experience a joy! If you're the owner and reading this, give that woman a raise! The wine is fantastic, we had the Viognier over at Jeffreys and that's what drew me in because I love a good Viognier but all of the wines were delicious and it was difficult to narrow down my selections as we already had 4 cases of wine from our trip back at the BNB. The reserve Cabernet is fabulous and stands up well on its own without food. The winner for me was the Mourvèdre at the end of our tasting, I am not a big fan of the M by itself without the G and the S but this has made me want to seek out other Mourvèdres to compare this one to! I appreciate that they are still offering that down to earth, approachable Paso hospitality when so many other wineries have gone high end. I believe that Sea Shell is on the right side of Paso History and will continue to do well while everyone else prices their wines and tasting fees outside of reach to the average consumer. Plus, who doesn't love having a beach vibe when you are in California?!

10 star experience at Sea Shell's tasting room because of the FANTASTIC service from Denise and the AMAZING wines! I've been wanting to come to this tasting room for a while, but never seem to make it in because I tend to frequent the vineyard tasting rooms when I'm in town. While passing through Paso earlier this month I decided it was finally time to experience Sea Shell! Let me tell you, you are missing out if you're only going to the vineyards because the wines here are unbelievable. We were the only ones in the tasting room and Denise gave us her full attention. She was extremely knowledgable about the wines and the vineyard. It was really cool to learn about Sea Shell and hear all the different wineries that purchase grapes from them. Denise was personable and even asked what kind of music I liked and started playing that for us. Now to the wines, usually when I have a tasting I'll like 1-2 of the wines enough to consider purchasing them. But here, I liked every single wine I tasted. It was tough to only pick two bottles to buy because I really wanted 4 of them! The reserve cab was one of the smoothest cabs I've ever had. The merlot had so much depth to it, it was smooth and rich and you were still able to taste the fruit on it. Those were the two I ended up taking home, but I gladly would've left with the syrah and regular cab had I had more room for wine. The tasting was 4 wines for $13 but is waved with a bottle purchase.

Popped in unannounced for a tasting on Saturday abs Denise welcomed us right away. The place had a really nice casual and inviting feel. Sat at the bar top and had our tasting, which was fabulous. Denise was super personable and made the whole experience a 10/10. The wine is also amazing, picked up a few bottles and will certainly be visiting again when I'm in the area.

We stopped by their tasting room in paso and were very happy that we tried them out. Friendly host and informative. She helped us out, gave us the rundown and was just very friendly. The pricing for the flights are very reasonable and you get a great variety. We got two flights and ended up sharing them, so we got to try them all. We ended up buying 4 bottles at the end and it was just a great experience. Highly recommend their collection red and tempranillo.

He was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire tasting. He didn't just pour the wines, he walked us through each one, explaining where they came from and what made them unique. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it elevated the whole visit. FOOD: We didn't go for a full meal, but we did have some charcuterie--and wow. The cheese selection was delicious and paired perfectly with the wines. Simple, but very well done. AMBIANCE: This spot has such a cozy, homey feel. Sitting on the couch honestly felt like hanging out in someone's living room (in the best way). It's relaxed, comfortable, and perfect for slowing down and enjoying good wine and conversation. DRINKS: We did the 6-wine tasting (2 whites, 4 reds), and it was a great mix. Each wine felt thoughtfully chosen, and with Anthony guiding us through the tasting, we got so much more out of it than just drinking. His knowledge really brought each glass to life. OVERALL: If you're looking for a laid-back, intimate wine experience with great service, this is definitely a spot to check out. I'd come back again just for another tasting with Anthony.
