A hole had been left in the hallway of the condominium complex where I reside for at least two months. It exposed framing where two units on that floor were being advertised for sale or rent. It looks hideous. When I documented it and called management I was told the person with the plumbing issue wouldn't speak to management. You can guess why - management (Jennifer) is so rude to many homeowners that the homeowners refuse to communicate with her. I tried to assist and got the information that the plumbing repair was completed. The hole in the wall remained untouched for another month after my emails and calls requesting to repair it. Slow and LAZY is Jennifer's style. She will waste time to sass back online at anyone pointing out needed maintenance instead of contacting an APPROPRIATE vendor to do the requested repair. Our complex has never looked so bad. It's in dire need of power washing and paint. No less than 40% of our stairwell doors are in need of paint. Additionally, she's conveniently changed the meetings to remote where several homeowners will not be able to participate in the meeting since they don't have internet or know how to access the meeting. Worst management ever - they ought to call it mismanagement. You can see our scratched up gates and filthy parking and walkways, stairwells, and sidewalks which haven't even been hosed off for four years (nor power-washed). We just had the worst installation I've ever witnessed anywhere by Fire Watch of a new alarm system. It was inappropriately placed in the center if our lobby costing us $30,000! Jennifer's failure to manage and properly communicate in a timely manner with the installers has resulted in MONTHS of arguing and threats of additional fees in the thousands in addition to the $30,000 paid to install it. Some planning could have prevented this disaster! Just this week the elevator remodernization project costing $92,000 started where a disgusting and worn out looking button box protruding from the wall was installed. It looks used! This $92,000 project, which will likely be requiring more negotiations and re-doing afterwards, as it looks equally as hideous as the alarm system. They ought to call SDHOA "Sanford and Son HOA Management" since things always seem to look far worse AFTER the expensive repairs. Jennifer has allowed tech people to repair our gates and place wiring inside doors for FOB installs. Yet the tech guy isn't a woodworker or a gate specialist - so the look of our front gates has been destroyed with poor work as have our laundry room doors. Jennifer is great at four things - destroying property values, hiring unqualified repair people, fighting with management and lying to homeowners about work done! She's so busy being obsessed with her online posts she fails to fact check and misinforms the public about what's really taken place. I requested 5 doors to be painted MONTHS ago. I see these disgusting doors about every time I come in and Jennifer fails to pay attention to requests and to photos documenting those requests. She's too lazy to come check progress at the properties and then claims work was done that hadn't even begun! Moreover, she's so UNPROFESSIONAL that she sasses back to the people paying her paycheck instead of respecting them and fixing things in dire need of repair. read more
