    My family & I enjoyed staying at one of the apartment buildings owned by Comana Company for 5 wonderful years. It was such a beautiful experience living in a family oriented environment. I also want to thank Pedro the manager, he was always helpful and responsive whenever we messaged him . Thank you

    LPGA golf tournament in Phoenix AZ. My wife is a LPGA teaching Professional and was teaching lessons at this LPGA tournament.

    I have been using Comana Property Management for a couple of years. My contact person is Luz Gracia. I have to recognize Luz. This is the person you want on your team. Luz always works hard for me getting me the answers and her recommendations I always need. She always either answers her cell phone or calls back immediately.     I'm a property owner and have three properties I keep as rental homes. I would never recommend working with Alex Comana. He is a terrible person and will take his commission money but not understand anything that is going on at your rental home. He does not train his staff property. Alex's recent employee, Laura, royally screwed up so much over the past eight months with poor communication that they have put me into position that is extremely risky as a homeowner. Yet all Alex could do was blame me and try to weasel out of owning up to his poor hiring decisions. The first I heard of my tenant not being able to use her stove for eight months was yesterday when his new employee Joe Locke emailed me to tell me that I'm facing litigation if I don't pay up and give the tenant money and pay back rent to them. Excuse me? Why have I not heard about this sooner? Why are you threatening me and telling me I owe the tenant? Where were you in managing my unit so that this doesn't happen? It's clear to me that Alex is not on the tenant side and certainly not on the owner side either. I am not quite sure what Alex is doing in this business. Alex is a very poor businessman and does not have the temperament to do a quality job at Property Management. He's sloppy and careless. I don't trust him and I will never use his services again. He could've just owned up to the fact that his employee Laura left my tenant high and dry, but instead he chose to blame me when I did absolutely nothing wrong except order brand new appliances. Shame on you, Alex. Shame shame. --------------------- Update: look at Alex's reaction to a unsatisfied customer. Can't please everyone? When I spoke to him on the phone asking why I haven't been kept in the loop as to the problems going on at my rental home, he said he DIDN'T KNOW. I recorded the conversation. Three times I asked him pointed questions that he should know the answer to as a business owner and his response was I don't know, you'll have to ask ____. I have to ask Joe? Your employee? Or Laura, your former employee who, according to your email in March, was leaving to pursue another real estate opportunity. I have to ask them??? Why don't you know Alex? Why don't you know that my tenants wall is still not fixed after two months? I gave Laura permission to do that work within three minutes of receiving the work order on Feb 6. My tenant still does not have the patch completed. You told me that if we just chose your vendors none of this would have happened. You're a liar and you know you are. You know you dropped the ball. Joe knows you dropped the ball. We all know and it's not looking good for you. What a petty man to have to cut me off while speaking, not let me ask what is happening, and threaten me with a lawsuit if I don't pay my tenant a rent credit suddenly. So you wanted to "please everyone" by forcing the homeowner to pay a rent credit to a tenant after your employees got them so enraged for 8 months they want to move? Luckily I contacted my tenant and will be moving forward with a direct relationship from now on so you can't screw this up anymore. Own your part in this. You are running a high volume property management business. If you have 500 homes you manage, maybe scale back a bit so you can provide the type of service you say you do. People will see this and make the decision to stay away from you and protect their interests with another firm. You don't have the business mind to do this high volume work. Stop blaming your homeowners. That's the hand that feeds you. Get your priorities straight, then none of this would happen.

    I recently moved out of state having lived at a property managed by The Comana Company since June of 2016. Pedro, my point of contact responded quickly if there were any issues. I absolutely loved everything about my apartment and highly recommend The Comana Company as they take care of the properties they manage and their tenants.

Incumbents had a clear advantage as in some instances candidate statement deadlines were not adhered. 4) Reserve disbursement checks signed only by management not by the Board 5) Selective enforcements of rules, rules for thee but not for me. 6) As of July 31, 2025 online meeting minutes are not updated since 2023. 7) Member reimbursements requests are approved or denied arbitrarily without reviewing the CC&Rs. We can complain on Yelp and Google till we are red on the face , but change happens with involvement. If you are a member at Allure and would like change please contact me. It is time to hold the Board and Management responsible and ensure they adhere to state law.

When researching various property management companies, Good Life's approach was the most straightforward and transparent with no long term commitments. After speaking with them multiple times with various questions, I was left with a feeling of assurance that I was in good hands. Being a first time landlord, I have no experience in knowing how to screen tenants, knowing the rules, etc., especially when my background is not in the real estate and rental business. Having a busy work schedule also means that I won't likely be able to attend to the tenant's needs in a timely manner. This is where Good Life fills in the gaps for me. The team at Good Life during the onboarding process has been super helpful and efficient in getting the property ready, whereas it would've taken me ages in trying to do it myself. I was assigned Andrei as my property manager and it's been a great start. He has been open, transparent, professional, and great to work with since the start. I recently had an online shopping shipment mis-delivered to my rental property, to which Andrei was instrumental in helping to coordinate the handoff between the tenant and me. Even though Andrei is my primary contact, I can see that they have great teamwork. On one weekend, I had a question to which I received an out-of-office note from him. But rest assured, another team member stepped in that day during his time off to help with my question. Good Life also has a great online portal for me to see all the documents and tax information.
