We love our apartment and have only great things to say about living here. The customer service has been excellent, and Paul has been amazing throughout our experience. We feel very happy with our decision to call State & Oak home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for their next apartment. read more

Nice apartment. Very friendly responsive management. Poor quality control! They fixed everything but I paid good money to move in here, only to find a broken garbage disposal, a rusty smelly old refrigerator that leaks & doesn't keep your food cold, a broken bathtub drain, a leak above me from the washing machine, grease stained walls surrounding the stove area, missing air filters, a dying thermostat battery, a clogged dryer drum with caked on musty lint (fire hazard) and a slow bathroom sink drain. This is not what I was looking forward to by renting instead of buying. I thought it would be super turn-key to rent but this is not. I spend a lot of time making maintenance requests & it's quite a distraction to have to handle all of this on MY TIME. The management should have had all of this fixed on THEIR TIME before they offered this apartment for rent. Also, the parking stalls are very narrow, I have to crawl into the passenger side to the driver side sometimes. read more

Great place to live! Manager/s and maintenance are always fast to respond and work on issues!!! Don't you love it? Btw, fellow renters my neighbors, maybe bests to speak to them with respect and be nice when we request. These people are pressured but will do their job for us. read more

I recently moved into a property with Elevate. Irina was my contact and I am so happy she was! She held my hand thru the entire application process and truly was so kind and responsive! She made me feel like she really was happy for me to have found a unit and has promptly followed up with any questions I have had! The property manager at the site is so incredible nice and very responsive as well! I have been a home owner for 40 years and I feel like this is my new home!!! read more

Great service and prompt response from the maintenance team in regard to our repair issue. Our bathtub looks great!

I have live at Prime for about 3 years now, and it's been great. The landlord give me what I never got before - peace of mind and clear communication. For the techie, they run things smoothly with web app. My studio is modern and tall with an industrial vibe, and the location is awesome. So many coffee shops nearby if you work from home. This is actually the longest I've stayed anywhere as a renter, it has all I need without making me pay for extra stuff I would not use. And if you're an introvert like me or like walking around city. This is definitely your kind of place. The noise level is great, I rarely hear noise from nearby units. read more

Everyone at Elevate SD Properties made the process of searching, applying, and moving in seamless. I'd highly recommend their services and am grateful to reside in one of their managed properties. If it's about the details, or the time it takes to respond to questions, they are on it. read more

This small community is truly amazing. Superb location. Great Maintenance but most important incredible management. It has a quite a pleasure to reside here for last 2 years. read more

Having renewed my lease twice at SL20 rowhomes, I can say I have really enjoyed my apartment because ElevateSD manages the property supremely well. The complex is great. My neighbors are friendly and I keep my privacy. Any issues with my home are dealt with promptly, and issues with the complex are handled respectfully and addressed to all residents. The thing I like most about the property is that I can leave home and know that the unit is safe while I'm away. The onsite manager being easy to contact, as well, and handles issues responsibly and the online maintenance site is user-friendly. All-in-all, if I choose to leave, it'll be for personal reasons, but everything is great inside the rowhome, and I definitely recommend this management company to prospective tenants. read more

My partner and I have been Elevate SD tenants for almost a year now. Alona (onsite property manager) and Irina have been incredible! We love our home and whenever a fix needs to be taken care of they're on it. We love this community, all thanks to the best management! read more

We've had a great experience with Elevate SD. We moved to San Diego from out of the country and had to set things up from abroad, which could have been a total nightmare. Irina--and the onsite property manager at SL20--were so great to work with and super understanding. They are also very professional and have expectations from their tenants, but because those expectations are clear and for your protection, it's overall a reassuring process. All maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend leasing a property from them! read more

My boyfriend and I have been renting with Elevated for 2 years now and things have been great. Since the beginning everything has gone so smooth! Between maintenance issues to paying the rent, everything has been so simple and easy. Irina has always been so easy to communicate with about anything we need. Highly recommend renting from any of their properties! read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the team at Elevate SD. Irina and Alona made our move so easy as they upheld an outstanding level of kindness and professionalism throughout the process. Irina helped guide us every step of the way. From the initial inquiry, to the completion of the lease application and beyond. All of Irina's support lead to an incredibly smooth and stress-free moving experience as Alona further welcomed us into the community and provided additional assistance for anything we needed! Overall my experience with Elevate SD was fantastic! They have managed to transform a generally difficult and complicated experience into one that's filled with ease, joy, and excitement. Thank you again for all your help with our beautiful new home! read more

I lived at lofts on Laurel in bankers hill for 3 years and I cant say enough good things. The apartments are amazing with ocean views, the management is extremely timely and respectful to all residents, but the neighborhood is what I'll truly miss the most. Bankers hill is amazing--the food, the parks, the views, it's the perfect mix of being downtown, yet still out of the mix. My experience renting under Elevate SD Properties was great and I'm grateful! read more

Dear fellow potential neighbors. I just went through the process of interacting and finally signing a lease to my dream apartment with Elevate. First of all it was a very hands free interaction which I was not used to. From viewing the place, to signing the lease, to finally having the keys in my hand. Not sure if I liked it that way or if I was dealing with an actual human being. But either way, it was seem less and very comfortable. Everything was transparent and felt like no stone was left unturned. The property itself looked better than the posted pics on Zillow. It was truly spotless and beautiful. Mz. Irina (hopefully a real person) was amazing to interact with. Lots of communication and responded to my text within minutes. Also very very understanding and kind. But the most most important living things in my life are my dogs. They have to feel like it's home. I mean they'll be spending more time at home than I will. And Elevate SD understands and respects our babies like we do. Thank you for letting me and my four legged monsters in your family. ‍ read more

Not sure how everyone else leaving reviews is having such an "incredible" experience with Irina when me and 3 other housemates had such a poor experience with her for the entirety of our time as residents. From not answering emails for months at a time (or at all) to never replacing a kitchen cabinet to being rude about our request for accommodations when the place FLOODED pretty badly in Feb 2024...Irina's customer service and poise leave MUCH to be desired. Upon receiving part of the security deposit, we learned they charged us for functioning showerheads and faucets that had no damage made by us but that they wished to replace/upgrade. What's up with that? I believe Irina intentionally discriminates against young adults who share a house. Every interaction was filled with animosity. It's a really nice location in Golden Hill, but the management needs to learn some respect and treat even young adults who pay rent like humans and not like kids. read more

I had a great experience renting from Elevate Property. I love the no-contact and the efficient rental process, how easy it was to contact Irina and my unit. read more

Irina personally is one of the worst people in the real estate industry I have worked with. She is very unprofessional and lies. Very hard to reach and communicate with. As well she charges things on security deposits that are completely unnecessary. We were supposed to have solar our whole time in our unit and are stuck with an additional $1026 electric bill due to solar never being active. Only occupied unit for 5 months due to MANY issues. Do not trust this woman with your lease or money! Her other property manager Alona is way nicer and professional then her. Disgusting! Not to mention she has too ask for 5 star reviews, if she deserved them people would do it without question. read more

Love the responsiveness of the team. Questions and concerns are addressed almost immediately. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right choice in property management. read more

We had such a great experience with Elevate SD! Moving during the pandemic could have been stressful, but they were incredibly accommodating and communicative! read more

Victoria made the process of looking at apartments a breeze. She was by the the most helpful, responsive and attentive person that I came across during my rental process. She went above and beyond to keep in contact and make sure I was updated every step of the way. I would recommend working with her for any of your needs. You will not be disappointed! read more

Our family was moving to San Diego from out of state and Elevate SD Properties made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. Having to undertake a big move during a pandemic was a little daunting, at first we didn't know how everything would work, but with their contactless property tours and conducting all business via email and text Elevate SD Properties made what could have been a difficult process very easy. On top of the ease of working with the company the property manager we worked with, Irina, was so polite, professional, and pleasant, she really helped to make it a good experience. I definitely recommend renting with Elevate SD Properties! read more

Great experience so far! We moved from Hawaii. When looking for a place Irina and Site Manager Alona were flexible to set up a virtual showing with us in Hawaii and my sister and brother-in-law present in San Diego. Leading up to the move they used an outstanding Tenant Portal that helps make the Application, Lease, and Auto Payments very simple. Now what we're moved-in, Alona and Maintenance Technician Justin have been very helpful to fix minor issues we've had so far. The Property Meld has been simple and well-tracked from initial submission to job completion. It's been one of the most simple and seamless property management experiences we've had. Highly professional and responsive! What a great way to start out in San Diego! read more

Both Irina and the site manager, Paul for Camelot Village were so kind throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions in the beginning and were super easy to contact while we were tenants. They really made living there a nice experience, Paul would send emails and texts here and there to keep us in the loop of community happenings. We had nice, considerate neighbors as well. The townhouse itself was pretty roomy and had a nice little outside area for our dog. They also made moving out easy, we gave them notice, did a walk through and Irina sent us a very nice email thanking us. I would definitely suggest renting with Elevate SD Properties! read more

Such a great management company! They got back to me so quickly to set up a viewing. We lived out of state so they did a FaceTime call. They are great at answering any questions right away! And they got back to me quickly with our approval after applying. read more

Elevate SD Properties has just been such an amazing company to work with - From the start, working with Irina to apply for the town home we now live in, she was wonderful, communicative and just on the ball! Speaking of on the ball... Leticia and the maintenance team have been so amazing as well! They are super responsive, and take care of any issues we may have immediately. Thank you Elevate SD! read more

The best rental management company I have ever dealt with! I recently ended a rental with Elevate and must say, the company and staff are the best. I was in the rental for only 7 months, and always had great communication with Irina and the staff. They are awesome when it comes to RETURNING your deposit. Of course if you wear and tear beyond normal wear, you'll be charged accordingly. They are very clear and transparent in all they do. I highly recommend renting from this management company... granted that there are rentals available! (They are clean and well priced!) it say's a-lot when a company is fully rented. I can go on an on! Bottom line, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT STAFF! If there were more stars, i'd give them more. read more

We had a great experience from viewing, to move in, to day to day living with the Elevate team as the property managers. The team is fantastic and attentive. I especially like their online portal for maintenance and payments. Seamless and modernized, not stuck in the past. Great attention to detail was given through the whole process. Management--both remote and on-site--are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Interacting with them removed lot of the stress of finding a rental and moving in. The location itself is great: very central and convenient. read more

Elevate SD Properties recently purchased the town home complex that we have been living in for the past couple of years. The transition was seamless for us and Irina as well and her on-site manager have been very responsive and easy to work with. Among the things they did to earn my trust are: - They drew up a lease which was substantially similar to our previous one and honored all of the most important aspects of the contract we had with the previous property owner. - They did not raise our rental amounts upon acquisition of the property. - They communicated effectively with us throughout the process and were very personable about it. We pinged them with a couple of maintenance requests almost immediately after they took over, and those requests were dealt with promptly and effectively. It has been a pleasure to work with Irina and her team so far, and we are looking forward to continuing this pleasant relationship. read more

Elevate was the easiest property management company we have ever worked with. Friendly, quick to respond, easy to communicate with and the staff worked hard to help us move into our amazing townhome with ease. The process was so smooth and stress free! What a breathe of fresh air! I would highly recommend using Elevate for your next moving needs. P.S. Another great thing to mention about Elevate is their tenant online portal. Easy to pay rent and communicate for anything at all. We are EXTREMELY happy tenants. THANKS AGAIN Elevate!! You made finding a rental EASY! read more

Our property was sold and thus, a new property management team Elevate SD Properties. It couldn't have been a more scarier time wondering how long we would be able to stay and how high our rent would increase. It really was a blessing in disguise. We received a warm welcome and were blown away by the response time of all the repairs that were needed, since it was an older house. Shout out to TJ who handled all our house repair needs. Always so friendly and professional and on time. Our rent did go up a little, but it was totally fair, still cheaper than what it should have been and totally worth the service. Irina was always so kind and professional as well. Couldn't say enough great things about this company. read more

This 5 star rating is for the short term. My husband and I just moved into a property managed by Elevate in the Bay Area. We relocated from the east coast and Irina and team made it almost seamless. We were able to view the property via FaceTime and their communication was consistent and quick - two important factors for me. The property is quiet and immaculate and the on-site property manager is top notch. I'm hoping this can be a longer term home for us but I will follow up in a year to update my review, after some time and experience. All in all working with the Elevate team has been a wonderfully accommodating experience. read more

Recently moved into an Elevate SD Property and it was the smoothest process ever! We saw the property using an agent-less key box and loved it. We applied the same day and the next day we were approved. It happened very fast and they were extremely communicative the whole way! Irina was pleasant and helpful even though we never saw her in person due to COVID. It is also super easy to get things fixed! I put in a work order and someone came the same day to fix it. Overall, we have had an excellent experience so far! read more
