Irina Polyak is the best combination of personable and professional. She communicates in a clear and concise manner, but with the right touch of friendliness. Because of her, in the future I will look for properties that are managed by Elevate SD Properties. read more

This is the best experience I have ever had with my place of living. I wanted to give a special shout out to Victoria for just being so understanding and helpful through the process of signing and, honestly, everything else. I'm so happy to have found Elevate SD Properties. Absolutely amazing at what they do. Even if I don't get an answer right away for something it's usually within the same day or the next day. I just love the customer service from Victoria and that I feel comfortable going to her for anything! Thank you for everything you do! It's beyond appreciated!!! read more

I just want to first say that Elevate name speaks for itself, from the start of my search for a place to rent Irina was a big help on making sure I had all the info I needed and made my move in process so smooth. I've never personally rented from this company but I must say, when relocating to San Diego and shopping for a new home, they stood out above the 20+ companies I was in contact with. Victoria reached out to me right away and personalized my experience, asking all of the right questions and anticipating all of my needs before I could even ask. She was genuine and authentic and REALLY CARED. If you're in the process of moving, these are the people you have to reach out to. I can assure you that Victoria and her team will take every step possible to personalize your experience and make you feel special. Our house ended up not selling, but if we end up moving to SD in the future, Elevate will be the first I contact. read more

same bad management and the switch same everything but fake reviews. pretending people are impressed by people accepting properties they are to far to manage, and how easy they take advantage of the far away place they recieve full salary and dont have to be availabe like real proffessionals who are close to respond and not only do they make mistakes and never own up to them .. we can fix nothing that blame the old computer and no one available is really the easiest "im paid and dont have to work" who wants that they can fool themselves.. did they fix all the repairs before the switch.. no will it create a way to overcharge for not understanding the switch in 5 days as i have just recieved the letter during the thanksgiving ... oh whats different with the new company or do you switch with the correct ledger I think not as usual .. they claim they dont have all the records when they switch from themselves to another name with less accountability for the problems they know they get away with all lies and your reviews and my no hot water for the last 3 days probably a busted pipe in the walls i cant report until i find out how to pay my rent they may use the switch to keep me confused... but i know your fake reviews and fake company name is just probably a unlicensed person who thinks they are doing some fine job but only they think the no person available is the best job ever... all anyone cares about is repairs that take forever and are never done correct and why that happens and why they dont get things done ahead so right now i ve got a completed repair for screens that dont fit my window as if they checked and the completed carpet in the hall way full of dog/human poop everyone has to jump over the carpet that needs to be replaced since its over 15 years old and the carpet is ready to injure someoen as if thats the only way someone would fix something ... they never actually had it cleaned with a carpet company but think oh thats just those people 2hours away.. what can they do get somewhere by virtual help..??? whats that you see the virtual poop in the hall blocking the door you exit... show that on your so easy tour... or maybe you should get a look in person... i wish that i could of.. read more

We recently moved into an Elevate SD Property and couldn't be happier! From our initial outreach and application process to moving in, Irina has been responsive and helpful throughout. Our property manager, Megan, was also so kind, helpful and welcoming to us as we arrived at our new home. The property itself is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and even better than what we expected. I don't think I've ever had such a wonderful moving experience! read more

I have been living at one of their properties for about 7 months now and I am continuously satisfied with their service and professionalism. Aside from loving the cottage I live in, I recently ran into a small concern that I addressed immediately with management. Not only did they show empathy and regard to my concern, but they also gave it attention in a timely manner and were able to resolve it right away. Management was extremely personable and continued to follow up with me. I felt as though management did a great job at making me feel valued. I would recommend renting from Elevate SD Properties due to their exceptional customer service! read more

My wife and I had to move on short notice during the pandemic and the worst of the fire season. We were so stressed! Elevate SD folks were kind and supportive. They made the move in process easy and painless. The place is clean, roomy and quiet with all new appliances. The complex is also super clean and peaceful. What else could we ask for? Thank you so much for all of your support during these challenging times! read more

This was a great experience in finding a rental. I love my new place! Most things were done online which was super convenient and I was able to view the place before going to work which was even more convenient with my busy schedule and trying to find a new place. I first reached out to Irina regarding a property back in June knowing my husband and I would be moving to San Diego in a few months. I was hoping to secure a home before arriving, so we could get settled right away. Irina stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of upcoming listings in the area we wanted. I can't thank her enough for the multiple times she followed up with me. She helped us find the perfect home that met all of our criteria! We were able to view the property virtually with the site manager, Alona, who has been so great! Both Irina and Alona have made this such an awesome experience! We love our new home and the neighborhood! read more

We had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Jaie was very patient and cooperative with our circumstance. He was very helpful in getting us all the information needed, same day, to feel ready to move in. We had very minor maintenance issues that were handled same day. Jesus, our maintenance, was exceptional at what he does and also, very patient with our needs. We didn't know how to work a couple appliances (huge upgrade from previous complex) and he walked us through the steps in no hurry. Overall great place to live in National City with a wonderful, communicative staff! read more

Amazing move in process! The units are fully redone with granite counter tops, brand new windows and sliding doors. Lisa was very attentive to make the move in process streamlined and made sure our concerns were addressed. The units are small, but not too small for single person or a single couple sharing a bedroom. The property is well maintained and includes one assigned parking spot with abundant street parking for additional vehicles. read more

Irina is awesome, highly recommend her/Elevate. She went above and beyond several times for me with a smile. Thanks again Irina!

We just moved to camelot village in February. Irina and Jannelle have been nothing but highly receptive and inviting. Coming from over 2900 miles away, it isn't a easy decision at all to make when choosing a new home. Irina and Janelle made the process seem less, took the time to answer all of my questions and never delayed in making sure we felt at ease. The property is beautiful, very clean and up kept. My wife and I feel we made the right decision! read more

I love working with Irina at Elevate SD! The listing for my apartment was posted around 10 pm on Wednesday evening. The next day, Irina texted me to introduce herself and answer any questions. Since I lived five hours away, I scheduled a visit for Friday and let Irina know I wanted to secure an apartment the same day. My apartment was the first of nine I checked out that Friday morning. Elevate SD's apartment was newly renovated and immaculate, significantly better than the other apartments. You can tell from the work that Irina, the owner, and the construction manager took great pride in the renovations. Irina was so responsive, professional, and personable throughout the entire process from scheduling the initial visit to weeks after move-in day. I've worked with over a dozen different property management companies, and Irina at Elevate SD is far superior. read more

New renter to Elevate Properties and couldn't be happier with my overall experience. Extremely impressed with the professionalism, sincerity and genuine personal interest extended to me. We have been using elevate to do a full lease up, and wow, did they exceed our expectations! We were leased up in 90 days at super high rents, more than what we anticipated. Elevate made this process so easy for owner and tenants. Their tech-saavy systems and specialized reporting has been really nice to use and makes the process seamless. Elevate stands out amongst the rest of the property management companies, not only by exceeding your expectations as an owner, but they really provide top notch customer service to the tenants - As we have heard nothing but glowing reviews! read more
