Mr. Boehn and his associattes took care of everything, from doing some needed upgrades to bring the townhouse condition up to date, to screening for tenants, to collecting rents, paying HOA, etc. and a monthly simple statement sent electronically to us without ever missing a beat. Having worked with other property managers in CA, SDPPM is the gold standard. SDPPM is probably one of the few managers that have gone electronically, but secure, saving on paper and postage and waiting for owner distribution. Finally, Mr. Boehn helped us sell the townhouse and, again, he was our advocate and took care of everything accordingly. He was accessable to us throughout the selling process, including weekends and evenings. All in all, SEPPM is comprehensive in its services, law compliant, and a pleasure to work with.

He was always very professional, responsive, and timely with any action needed. The lease, rental process, and exit process was all very smooth and had no issues. High Tide Properties: Truly Top-in-Class--Going Above and Beyond!…read more I first trusted Seung, the founder of High Tide Properties, with managing a condo for my wife and I in San Diego years ago, and he provided excellent service. When faced with a deeply complex, time-sensitive, and emotional challenge recently, I knew exactly who to call. My mother, who is aging, had to move across the country to live with my sister in Arizona. This left her unit needing a complete clean-out--sorting possessions, packing, removing trash--and a full update and renovation. Living out of state, I was depending entirely on Seung and his team. Seung and the property manager, Charlie, immediately sprang into action. They saved the day! They treated my mother's possessions with incredible care and respect, handled all the hauling, and diligently packed a moving pod for her items going to Arizona. Crucially, they kept me updated through proactive video calls, ensuring every decision was aligned with our wishes. Seung and Charlie have been fantastic communicators, securing fair bids quickly and ensuring the final repairs and updates are completed to the highest standards. Their speed, professionalism, and commitment mean the unit will be rented out as quickly as possible. The work High Tide Properties helped us with directly ensures my mom will be able to secure excellent lease payments to support her retirement in Arizona. This is, without a doubt, the most professional property management service I have ever encountered. They are top in class and I cannot thank them enough for their dedication.

If you see this company managing your property RUN FOR THE HILLS. They are the definition of Slum…read moreLords and will evict and sue you for pipes bursting in your bathroom. Since 2018 I've been HARASSED, fighting them in a court of law just to lose to white privilege. I lived in this apt owned by Richard Westfall for FIVE years and let NUMEROUS things go under radar so don't do that yall! When they want to throw you under the bus they will. I suffered roaches, fleas, mold, no work order receipts ever and barely had anyone come out when I requested a service. These people are thugs and will stop at nothing to get your money. You have a winery, multiple HUDs and a rental property company to manage them, a trust -- I don't know any people who need money that have trusts, and loyal dogs to do your dirty work. Stephanie was the biggest WITCH to me and for reasons unknown lol I was literally so nice and respectful to her every encounter and she was always ALWAYS rude. Are used to pay my rent early, not bother them about anything, ask for them to do stuff and when they wouldn't I wouldn't make a stink about it when I should have. It's disgusting the things that are permitted against renters and in the court of LAW. If I could give them negative infinite stars I would and I would've sued long before they tried to get me. It's a ploy to stay rich, get/force money from the poor black folk you rent to. I never even had a credit check they just took my money and let me move in. Please take a moment to view the 2 week process it took to remodel a single bathroom that still contained mold and toilet water carpets because they weren't replaced unlike my neighbors but that was only because they moved out and they were able to raise the rent. But they had just raised mine and in California you can't raise rent twice a year and they didn't want to wait so what's the easiest way? To tell me they're not accepting money from me anymore but let me sit in the house for two months without an eviction notice or allowing me to pay them. Like huh?? These are pathetic people. They had my ex-boyfriend's little brother pursuing my case at the law firm they hired, The neighbor and their employee (Stephanie) sniffing around my apartment to see what I was doing. It just got really weird was unprofessional from the start and I hope this business goes in the ground because they don't deserve to serve this community because they're doing the complete opposite anyways. This story could honestly go on forever but just know, not to waste your time renting under their umbrella.

At no point in time dod we feel pressured or coerced to commit or sign anything. He was honest about prices and other places in the area. The on sight property manager for the chalcedony property is also the best. Dustin is so sweet and always available to help by phone or in person. They both check in to make sure you're doing ok and make themselves available as a resource as needed. So helpful and flexible when it came to the signing of paperwork and payments once we decided to move in. They use online payment that you can set up for autopay between more than one person/card which is beyond convenient. Now to talk about the apartment itself. BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything inside the apartment id brand new and perfect. The hard wood flooring, the kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, balcony everything. Theres tons of storage in the one bedroom apartments and so much natural light. the complex has a very European feel to it and again everything is newly remolded or in the process of being remodeled. The complex is always sparkling clean and feels extremely safe which is important to me when I'm alone at night and my boyfriend works overnight. The insight laundry is another plus! All new machines I want to say theres at least 6 of each washer and dryer, never had a problem with availability. And its all app driven. No need for quarters or cash and the app alerts you when your wash is done. Company with integrity and a fun loving spirit. Would recommend 10/10 times. Ive lived in san diego for 9 years and this is by far my favorite spot and best experience I've had so far. If you're considering JUST DO IT l, we couldnt ve happier.
