I moved across the country and used another company to rent my property in Chula Vista. They sold their accounts to WeRentSD and I've been with them for over a year. At first, I was concerned because they hit me with over $2000 in repairs to a garage door and new water heater. I requested and quickly received pictures and invoices of all the work. Scott and the rest of the team are quick to respond to emails and always helpful. Recently our tenants moved out and Scott got it rented within a month for $95 higher than the previous tenant. Before I could ask, Scott already had a list of repairs (paint, carpet, some bathroom stuff) with quotes to get the place ready for new tenants. He also handles all the credit checks, applications, and contracts too. Being my first experience renting a property and living so far away from it, I was concerned there would be constant problems. The team at WeRentSD has been great. Beyond the description I listed above, we never talk, and I just get my rental deposits along with a monthly statement by email.
