SD Trophy came through in the crunch for me BIG TIME! I had a rush award requested by my CEO. I had been using another trophy company for a few years with no trouble, but never did I have a rush of this level of visibility within my company. The company took my order, guaranteed it for overnight, early am delivery and charged me accordingly. Yet, when UPS sent the tracking # later in the day (after 5pm), it was entered for UPS Ground which meant that the award would miss our CEO's ceremony by 5-6 days!!!! Imagine my shock. When I called the company it was 5:30pm and the only people there (after hours) could do NOTHING to help me, except for agreeing that I had a BIG PROBLEM and to call back tomorrow. Since the award was due in San Diego tomorrow (I am in NY) that was not an option. So, I frantically googled for a local award company to possibly help me in my dire situation and thankfully SD Trophy came up. Niels answered my call and the rest is history. Within a half hour, I had a production proof in my inbox and the award was delivered to our corporate event the next morning by 7am PST. I was and continue to be thankful that Niels was appreciative of my situation and willing to help someone he never spoke to before to fix a situation he had no cause in creating. He was so pleasant, professional and just downright sympathetic, he was an absolute Godsend. We will now use SD Trophy for all of our corporate needs and want to relay this event to anyone interested so that you can be reassured of the professionalism and quality of SD Trophy.
