When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

I refinanced during the early days of Covid when everyone was freaking out about it. Family members and friends would argue and disown each other over different Covid views. Society would shun you if you had any scent of Covid on you. It was a strange time indeed. The last step of my refinance was a notary signing. However, one of the questions I had to answer was whether or not I had interacted with anyone with Covid, and at the time I did. I undergo weekly testing and daily health screenings and I had no signs or symptoms of Covid. However, my answer doomed me as all the notaries known to my loan officer refused to meet with a client with exposure to someone with Covid. I called around and Chelsea was one of about 3 notaries that was ok with meeting up with me practically anywhere and anytime. We met up at an In and out burger around 9pm or so and got the signing completed with as much precautions in place as possible. Without Chelsea, my refinance would have been stuck in limbo. 5 stars to Chelsea who will pull through for her clients.

One of our mutual friends found Postal Annex online and spoke to Ali and May to help figure out how to make this happen. She told me how they went above and beyond any level of customer service I have ever heard of from a shipper (and I work at an auction house in NY so I have vast experience with shippers!!) They not only came to his unit with boxes so he didn't have to bring everything to their location but they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was easy and they really made the entire transaction completely seamless. The price was very fair. I just want to emphasize the fact that not only did they do a stellar job with the pickup and the customer service, but these owners were kind and helpful to a degree that is rarely seen in businesses these days. The situation was a challenging one and they offered solutions, compassionate advice and were just lovely in every way. It is one thing to be super helpful and generous with someone you are assisting in person but in this situation, all of the transactions were over the phone with someone out of state (except the pick-up, of course). Despite this, the level of patience and helpfulness and care was outstanding. Thank you for making this difficult situation so much less challenging. I wish I could leave more stars!!

Had the QR code, took it in, UPS worker said it needed to be broken down and boxed up (Amazon said it didn't because the pieces lock in place). UPS worker (a guy) said it could be wrapped up in a bag. My caregiver went and purchased furniture wrap and duct tape to return it. Took it back, they refused it "due to dimensions." "We don't take something that large wrapped up in a bag." This from the same individual who had said "Put it in a bag" just 40 minutes before. Called Amazon, they said the individual at this UPS Store should have accepted the return. Now Amazon has arranged to have the same item picked up at my home. I'm on a very limited budget and spent $23.88 to wrap it up as requested. Now get to wait for UPS to come get it from my home and I'm out almost $25. Never previously had a problem with this store. Always used them. But if the UPS Store person is not going to accept a package though Amazon explained how to return it and the very same person re-explained how to return it, and then would not accept the package as wrapped for return--as explained because they "don't accept anything those dimensions unless it's in a box" they should have called Amazon about it! They should have said from the very beginning, we won't accept this wrapped up in a plastic furniture bag. My caregiver said she'll never use this store again.
