He talked over me, repeatedly berated me for calling at 4 a.m., and lectured me over and over that he "only answers the phone for emergencies," apparently an unwritten rule new customers are somehow expected to know. He refused to hear that their website was the reason I called and then hung up on me. Insane business model, but go off. ***********RESPONSE Thank you for responding. This way everyone can see how defensive and unprofessional this business is. What I have stated in my original review is the truth. I am not going to respond to the entire word salad posted here because it attempts to bury the real issue, but here are a few clarifications. You said: "Please feel free to show us where on our website we advertise Live Scan services as available 24 hours a day. " I did not make that claim. I said, "could not book their advertised same-day Live Scan online." I called the number provided on the website to ask a question about navigating the website NOT for a "Live Scan 24-hour service." You said: "The phone number is answered after hours strictly for genuine emergency notary needs." Please direct me to where your website tells customers that the phone number is for emergency notary needs only after hours, because I did not see this. Also, what is "after hours" for a business that is listed as "open 24 hours?" Can you see why a new customer may be confused or not understand the business model? You said: "Calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance." You may want to announce this to customers who are calling. I think this is a good thing. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

However, the news all came tumbling down on me on a Wednesday afternoon. It was 5:15 and I had no idea where I could find a notary. I briefly considered blaming myself and sinking into a cycle of self-loathing, but decided that perhaps, just this once, it might be better to actually try and fix the situation. I hopped on google and found CD Enterprises was the closest notary available. I called and reached Cheryl, who a kindly woman who simply asked, "Are ya desperate?" I replied I was, and she told me to come over to her nearby home that moment. I drove quickly and found an incredibly friendly, engaging lady who warmly welcomed me into her house. I refinanced during the early days of Covid when everyone was freaking out about it. Family members and friends would argue and disown each other over different Covid views. Society would shun you if you had any scent of Covid on you. It was a strange time indeed. The last step of my refinance was a notary signing. However, one of the questions I had to answer was whether or not I had interacted with anyone with Covid, and at the time I did. I undergo weekly testing and daily health screenings and I had no signs or symptoms of Covid. However, my answer doomed me as all the notaries known to my loan officer refused to meet with a client with exposure to someone with Covid. I called around and Chelsea was one of about 3 notaries that was ok with meeting up with me practically anywhere and anytime. We met up at an In and out burger around 9pm or so and got the signing completed with as much precautions in place as possible. Without Chelsea, my refinance would have been stuck in limbo. 5 stars to Chelsea who will pull through for her clients.

What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
