Do we like to walk a lot or take public transportation. Things we would not have even thought to consider. They really got a great feel for how best to give us our dream trip. And they hit the nail right on the head!! They were terrific about taking suggestions and finding us places off the beaten path that we would not have known about had we not used them. Anyways, my mom and I came here because she knew the owner personally and I trusted her. We needed multiple reentry visas for Vietnam and he was quick to set a price, took our photos and kept our passports for processing. Upon returning home, I looked up this place on yelp and viola. Nothing but one star reviews. I told my mom this guy shouldn't be trusted as who knows if he'll mess up our visas or not. My mom went back and asked for our money and passports back. The owner, Hung, claimed he was an honest man and wouldn't do such things. My mom explained to him that he has one star reviews on Yelp. He legit explained that he would have to pay in order to receive 5 star reviews. Like what?!?!? The words that come out of this man's mouth are nothing but lies. He didn't even give her back our money and passports. I convinced my mom to go back a second time and he finally gave it back. An honest man would have gave us back our money and passports the first time we asked but he didn't. And the fact that he lied about yelp reviews. Also a bad sign. I feel bad for the people who are victims to his actions and words. The place is sketchy as hell too. It's basically set up in his own house. Anyways, if you're reading this, this should be enough to steer you away from this business. The owner is very unethical and lies to everyone in order to take their money. We went elsewhere and found out that we needed additional documents for our visas and he didn't require them, which is also sketchy. I wouldn't have been able to re-enter Vietnam and would have gotten stuck. Thank goodness I saved us from that possible nightmare. Like it's questionable when he has no positive reviews all negative ones. Big red flags!!!!

My mom needs to change her return flight to a later date because she's staying in Vietnam longer. The travel agent is being extremely uncooperative and told us to contact the airline when we've already did and they said to contact the travel agent. The airline said thay because the tickets were booked through a travel agent that we have to contact them to make changes (which honestly makes sense as that's generally the protocol for any third party booking). Travel agent is being lazy and telling us a bunch of lies. The ticketing receipt even says changes are available. Just take a look at the rest of the reviews - this place needs to go out of business. Don't book here, save your money and book directly with the airline. It's also much cheaper. UPDATE: Had a very frustrating call with the owner/travel agent and he still claims that he cannot make changes to the flight WHEN THE AIRLINE SAID THAT HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CHANGES. I was on hold with the airline for hours. They told me that because the ticket was booked via third party/travel agent that they need to make the changes. Travel agent claims that he's not able to make the changes. All tickets regardless if it's a non-refundable fare allows for changes, subject to change fees and the difference of the new ticket which we are aware of. We're not asking for a refund, just a simple date change for the returning flight and for some reason, this travel agent claims he cannot do it because it's a liar and scammer. He's unethical and simply a terrible travel agent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
