And that she did!! . . and so far I'm loving my new agent. But Cindy is straight and to the point; can listen to your sitch and quickly determine if she can get you what you need and if not, where to send you! Thank you Cindy!

She did not over look one single detail. I expressed to her what we wanted to do and she helped me find the perfect tour and planned a dream trip for our family. Everything was planned so well. Every little detail was well covered and taken care of. Not one single complaint. The trip, the tours and all the accommodations exceeded all our expectations. I will forever be grateful to her for the attention to detail, the experience her knowledge and above all the genuine care Cindy Newman gave us. My mom needs to change her return flight to a later date because she's staying in Vietnam longer. The travel agent is being extremely uncooperative and told us to contact the airline when we've already did and they said to contact the travel agent. The airline said thay because the tickets were booked through a travel agent that we have to contact them to make changes (which honestly makes sense as that's generally the protocol for any third party booking). Travel agent is being lazy and telling us a bunch of lies. The ticketing receipt even says changes are available. Just take a look at the rest of the reviews - this place needs to go out of business. Don't book here, save your money and book directly with the airline. It's also much cheaper. UPDATE: Had a very frustrating call with the owner/travel agent and he still claims that he cannot make changes to the flight WHEN THE AIRLINE SAID THAT HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CHANGES. I was on hold with the airline for hours. They told me that because the ticket was booked via third party/travel agent that they need to make the changes. Travel agent claims that he's not able to make the changes. All tickets regardless if it's a non-refundable fare allows for changes, subject to change fees and the difference of the new ticket which we are aware of. We're not asking for a refund, just a simple date change for the returning flight and for some reason, this travel agent claims he cannot do it because it's a liar and scammer. He's unethical and simply a terrible travel agent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
