I was scheduled for an appointment about a week out, and at the time of the appointment, I called the number and received another virtual assistant (not AI to my knowledge), who told me that the person I had the appointment with was on another call. I left my number and was never contacted, until about 3 weeks later, by email calendar invite, telling me that another appointment had been set up in another week or two.
