They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. They bleed because they have too much pigment and are super wrinkly making them look old I now miss my colorless natural lips. This has been so horrible for my mental health. Still hating it and wanting to crash out everyday because now I can't even line my lips the way I used to. all you see is the ugly pigment poking through even my favorite lip products look horrible on me. I will be posting my follow up results because I was also told they would lighten up I was told they would blend over time none of that has happened and they continue to look worse overtime and my symptoms of my lips cracking and bleeding, which has never happened to me before this procedure continues to happen making my life miserable every day. Came in toward the end of the massage to set up which was distracting because lights came on and additional noise in the room. She did not explain anything that was happening during the entire facial and I even indicated it was my first time having this type of facial. Facial was conducted and more of a face massage and quick scalp massage that occurred. Face did feel smoother after the service. We didn't know it, but they had a special promotion going on in November where they added on a bunch of free upgrades to the service. Not only did we get the full 2 hour treatment, they also did advanced face massage, as well as leg and feet massage. The place is small but so incredibly cozy. There's only 2 spots so we had a private and pampered experience. It's called a head spa, but it was truly more than that. We started off with a heated eye mask and scalp massage, followed by a face and neck massage, leg massage, and then a thorough double cleanse and conditioner. My hair felt so soft and revived after the treatment. And my face felt so smooth and glowy! Truly 2 hours of bliss. Once the massage and washing were over, we were treated to some cute snacks, followed my a thorough drying and even light styling of hair with Dyson hair dryers.
