Smoothie fluids or salad dressing? Your guess is as good as mine. I gingerly peeled them apart. After another eon, aforementioned bartender reappeared, literally scratching his ass. I ordered a mimosa and the traditional eggs benny, figuring this might be the brunch entree least likely to be fucked. Clearly, I lack imagination. The dilute mimosa came in a jizz-slimed glass and the sad, bald bennies were presented like drenched geezers with recent lobotomies. Listen. I've had better meals in deep south gas stations. Food was good and service was fast. The place is in need of a bit of a clean up. It's right on the water and fun sights to see, but it was a but gross. We had hoped they had hush puppies but the boil was a lot to eat! We had scallops, crab, corn and potatoes. The spices were awesome. We had a beach day and decided to walk over to John's pass and eat lunch. We choose Sculley's and we are so glad we did. We were seated right away and had awesome outdoor seats overlooking the water. We started off with a pineapple mojito and strawberry margarita and they were both great. I highly recommend the pineapple mojito it was refreshing. For lunch we had the Sunshine salad and the coconut shrimp they were both delicious . We didn't realize that they just opened back up and we happy to be able to enjoy our lunch here. We have eaten here several times over the last few years. It used to be ok and the kids like to watch for dolphins swimming by. The last two visits we found it Overpriced, it's not clean, service was bad with waiting close to an hour from being seated to having food served for the most recent visit. Food was mediocre. After entrees were completed waited over 25 minutes for server to return for desert order but ended up having to call for him to come to the table when he finally walked within ear shot. We were skeptical to try this place based off the 3.0 rating but, we were hungry and they have a great location. We got the fresh catch sandwich. Although it was tasty and MKT price it definitely tasted like previously frozen Grouper. The Bavarian pretzel was phenomenal but it should be at $16 for a pretzel. We also got the clam chowder. It was tasty but seemed to be light on the seafood and heavy on potatoes. I enjoyed the ambiance and it felt right for the setting. Not sure why this place is only 3 ‍. 2nd time back in a year and the food Gods and Goddesses were in effect. We were seating around the same outdoor spot and was blessed with the best seafood boil. The crabs were soo sweet, i did not even need the extra butta. Surprise must get appetizers was the tuna cucumber guacamole crunch thingy. We came by for a late bite to eat., visiting from Boston. I've been here once before a year ago. We sat down on the pier on the water, it was a beautiful night, moon out and a few boats going by. Our waitress JoJo, was very nice, very attentive, the service was great. We exchanged stories about the winters in the North East and how nice the St Pete's area was.. We ordered salads, appetizers some drinks and they all were great. I'm still amazed how the staff go up a flight of stairs to get the orders.. Our waiter was a little too personable & stood at our table talking even after we got our food and I did not appreciate that as I was there to enjoy a meal with my husband. Otherwise he was great & kind to us. The food came out extremely fast and it was hot which I did appreciate very much. I ordered the fresh catch of the day. The fish was excellently cooked but the sides were disgusting. There was a pile of soggy, tasteless green beans, limp and unappetizing. I didn't want rice so got the asparagus, some of which were burnt and others appeared to be cooked properly. On the plus side, the waitress was very nice and we had a beautiful view of the water.
