Adding pics from our second visit. Had to try the eggs Benedict- very good. Service very good too. Really enjoyed both visits this week. Want to try the biscuits and gravy next time!!

5 Lisa's Cafe - A Flavorful Beachside Brunch Worth the Splurge! We stopped by Lisa's for brunch, and WOW--every bite was packed with flavor and heart. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but you're paying for top-notch food and genuinely great service right by the beach--totally worth it in my book. Let's talk food: I ordered the Crabcake Benedict (went with the Irish option--served with Lisa's homemade hash), and it was phenomenal. The hollandaise was silky, rich, and seasoned perfectly. The hash had just the right amount of crisp and spice, making it a hearty and satisfying pairing. The only minor letdown? The crabcakes themselves were a bit small for the price, but the flavor made up for it in a big way. We also tried the Biscuits & Sausage Gravy--hello, comfort food heaven. The gravy was creamy with a lovely peppery kick, clearly made with fresh sage, just like the menu promised. And the home fries? Golden, crispy, and beautifully seasoned, with a nice mix of bell peppers tossed in for flavor and color. Even the pineapple garnish was fresh and juicy--a nice tropical touch! The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. You could tell the staff genuinely cared about the guest experience. Plus, the lace tablecloths and outdoor setup made the whole experience feel cozy and charming. If you're brunching near the beach and want something homemade, flavorful, and memorable--Lisa's is the spot. Just be ready to spend a little extra for that beachside magic!

I came here by recommendation of a friend while visiting the area for a few days. I ordered myself an uber from Bilmar on my first morning for breakfast right at 9:00am, I wasn't even sure if they were officially open when I poked my head inside, confirming with the hostess that they were open and she got me set up with a table. The hostess, also my server was pleasant with a bubbly upbeat personality. As a first timer, I attentively listened as she provided an overview of the restaurant and menu. I was surprised by the cinder block walls being painted black, but they had family photos hanging and the tables/chairs were not flashy. The overall atmosphere I would describe as casual. Starting off my vacation, I knew I wanted to treat myself with an alcoholic beverage and decided on the mango bellini, which was pretty good, my meal however was pure perfection!!! I ordered the Irish Benedict and it was out of this world!!! English muffin, corned beef hash, eggs, smothered in hollandes sauce-OMG!!! This meal was exceptional. It was so hard for me not to give 5 stars and the only reason I didn't was because I thought things were a bit overpriced. My food alone was $24 and frankly I think that is waaaaayyyyyy too much. Thank you for a wonderful meal and service, if it was a bit more reasonable priced I would have made a second visit while on my 5 day vacation in the area! Thank you for a memorable meal!

    Biscuits and Gravy

Our meal at Lisa's in Madeira Beach was a real standout! Lisa herself was a gem, and the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and was packed with mouthwatering flavor. The Eggs Benedict with Crab Cakes was a decadent treat, and the Biscuits and Gravy, especially paired with their unforgettable Corned Beef Hash, was equally satisfying. Seriously, that Corned Beef Hash was so good I had to order a second helping! The Crab Cakes were also top-notch. The only slight snag in an otherwise perfect meal was the unexpected $5 charge for a side of hollandaise sauce I requested because the cooks wouldn't put it on the food for me. Overall, Lisa's is a fantastic spot in Madeira Beach for incredibly fresh and delicious breakfast, and the friendly service (especially from Lisa!) truly adds to the charm. So...I guess never posted this a year ago Well. Another year, another great experience at Lisa's! Just like our visit, the food was absolutely fantastic - bursting with freshness and flavor. While the prices are a bit higher than I'd prefer, it's clear that you're paying for top-quality, fresh ingredients, and in this case, it's definitely worth the splurge. Our server was also great, providing incredibly friendly and attentive service.

What a beautiful cafe very small but cozy our waiter Dallas was amazing very kind and attentive my husband ordered sausage and scrambled eggs and home fries I ordered the western omelette and home fries two order of Mimosas . Order was swift didn't have to wait long. We will be returning thanks for an amazing morning.

We arrived earlier than our hotel allowed for check in and we desperately needed some food after an early flight. As we drove down the beach, we noticed Lisa's and stopped in. My daughter had opted to catch some zzz's in the car while me and a friend went in to eat. Everything looked good. The menu stated nothing could be modified. As someone with allergies, this always makes me nervous but I was able to find a dish (eggs any way you want). It was good paired with a lemonade basil vodka. A neighboring table convinced us to try. My friend had the biscuits and gravy and really enjoyed it. You can't get to go orders (was hoping for my daughter) but you can order a meal that they will box up for you. Felt it was slightly strange especially since I was eating in, but ok. It all worked out. The reason for 3 stars is because the service was really poor. I noticed this isn't abnormal which is such a shame. When I return, I'll probably opt for other choices in the area that provide better service.

A little dark inside. Plenty of seating, both tables and booths. The service is attentive and frequent. The food is good. Really good. I ordered a spinach and swiss cheese omelette. It is served with home fries, a slice of fruit (in this case, orange) butered toast and strawberry jam. My husband ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and home fries. Also served with orange slice and buttered toast. The omelette was perfectly cooked. NO brown spots. The spinach had flavor, home fries were soft on the outside and crispy on the outside. The bacon is salty, crispy and sooo good. The portions are big. The price point is comfortable. BUT unfortunately, the coffee is needs improvement. That is the negative I have for this wonderful place. Do yourself the favor and read the front of the menu. Very insightful.

When we get into town, they're always our first stop for lunch. They have a pretty extensive menu of options, but our go to is the fried grouper sandwich with American cheese and no lettuce or tomato. Our other go to is the lobster roll. Now this go around we did notice the lobster was more shredded than it was chunks which is what we've seen previously so that was a bit of a change, but overall, it was still good. We've had the onion rings before but this go round we decided to share a side of french fries and we did ask for them crispy. They were perfect. Be prepared to wait though as this location is super small and if you come during a busy season or around that lunchtime period you're most likely going to have to wait. This is not a great location for large groups. If you have more than five people in your group this is probably not the best location for you as they cannot seat more than one large group at a time. When the host came out, she stated that she needed to "clear the area." While we understand the need to manage space, the request was directed at us and was delivered in an unpleasant, dismissive tone. She then said there would be about a 25-minute wait and that there were parties ahead of us, which we understood and accepted. However, we were later told that despite being on the list, we would not be seated because there was "no way to contact us" when our turn came and that we needed to remain in one specific spot. Given that no instructions or staff were present when we arrived, this explanation was confusing and felt inconsistent. The interaction gave the clear impression that we were not welcome to wait or dine there, so we chose to leave. Dining out should feel respectful and inclusive, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

WARNING-VERY HONEST REVIEW…read more We eat out a lot and mostly leave positive reviews but we can't in good faith give Breeze a good review. First, we arrived at 12 noon, put in our name with Sofia who gave us a 20-30 minute wait time. When we returned 25 mins later, the party in front of us was complaining about waiting an hour yet she told them we were before them and she didn't have their name. She proceeded to seat them discretely before us. After 50+ minutes we said something. She told us to leave a bad review and to leave the restaurant. We had waited so long and lost opportunities to put in our name at other restaurants so we decided to wait. After an hour, we said something. We had watched another table waiting the last 20 minutes for their bill so they could pay and leave. Finally the manger came out and said no worries, we would have a table and he got us seated quickly. He assigned Nate as our waiter. We were optimistic that we were on our way to a great brunch as one person in our party had come to the restaurant and had a good experience before and so we were hopeful. We immediately placed our order since we had time to review the menu, we asked for waters and drinks. Water never came until we asked again. Silverware never came until we asked for silverware. . When the food did come it was meh. Crepe was dry, wrap was cold, best part of the meal was the Bloody Marys. The table next to us overheard our conversation and said they were also having an awful experience with the staff and would not return. Nate then told us we were difficult for no reason. When we had asked for the bill he told us he didn't divide it in 2 bills because he did it on purpose. He also said "my name is Nate, go ahead and write a bad review about me". We never intended to write any reviews. It was just an awful experience. We will never return and it would have taken such a small effort to make amends once we were seated, but instead the staff was rude and instigated patrons who were giving the restaurant business. Our community is small, we support only local businesses, but not this one.
