I wanted to leave a review about how a company responds when things don't go exactly as expected…read more Excel Window Solutions came out to replace all the glass in my four sliding glass doors. When they finished, the doors looked great, but I found the alarm system did not work on one of the doors. I discovered the contactor and wire had been pinched off when the door frame was reinstalled. I called the alarm company who told me only way to replace the contactor was to remove the door frame again and fish more wire down through the top. Excel came back out and with great effort, fixed the problem. It's important to recognize when a company comes back to make things right when an issue arises. Excel did exactly that. I am very happy and highly recommend them. Gary G.

They promptly responded and I got an appointment the next day...YEAH, Sunday morning, right?! The repairman showed up right on time, even called ahead when he was 25 minutes out. He determined what needed fixing and provided a detailed invoice before any repairs started. We agreed on a price and the work was completed with an hour or so. The price was reasonable, especially for weekend work, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. These guys get out highest praise and we'll call back if, God forbid, anything else happens to our other garage door. Kudos!

One day, on Instagram, a post by Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus popped up. We looked at their page and liked what we saw so we followed them. It took us a while to give them a call and Vicky Bauer answered the phone. We are SO glad she did! She was amazing to work with and we were able to have a beautiful design created in about two weeks! She is knowledgeable, creative, professional, and we appreciated the time she took to be sure the measurements were precise and providing a detailed quote! She was also very patient in adjusting the quote as we added just about every add-on available. The entire process was seamless and our cabinetry arrived right on time! And better yet, they stand behind their product. We had 2 cabinet doors that had imperfections and they were replaced immediately! Gorgeous, beautiful, amazing, what a transformation, magazine worthy - these are words and phrases my family and friends have used to describe the renovated kitchen! We looked at new cabinets but were frustrated by salespeople and a lack of direction. A friend referred me to Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus. We visited the showroom and met Vicky Bauer. Their showroom is lovely and she was able to walk me over to a display and actually show me the various features and options. That made it so much easier to make decisions. I walked out of that meeting finally feeling excited about the project. Throughout the process, from order to finish, she was very responsive to emails and phone calls and figuring out solutions when issues came up. We are so happy with our finished kitchen and recommend Cabinet Factory Outlet Plus (and Vicky) as a first stop for a kitchen remodel.
