He truly went above and beyond by getting them fixed FAST. He also took a look at my other garage (which was still working) and made some helpful adjustments as the springs looked as if they were going to break in the near future. Spring Kings has been great to work with. We had a unique problem occur on a Saturday afternoon, and in between a full day of sports for kids. I did not even expect someone would be able to come out and fix, but Jason answered his phone within 3 rings and said he could come out. He was polite and professional, and said he could be at our home within 2 hours. Once here, Jason quickly ascertained the problem and even though it ended up not necessarily being a mechanical issue with the unit, he fixed everything and did so with a smile, and did not charge. I was able to get a next day appointment for them to come out and take a look at my overhead unit since it was no longer working. Jason came out and took a look, and gave me a few different suggestions/options on what we could do. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell me on something I did not need. Spring Kong's was the most reasonable on price and could be here in the quickest amount of time. David came and got the job down. He even quickly adjusted our opener. He did not try to up sell us. When we asked questions he was knowledgeable. He gave us prices of fixes we wanted down the road and was not pushy about getting us to upgrade now. A coworker highly recommend Spring Kings. I called and had Spring Kings install a garage door opener I had already purchased. Their price was the best in the Omaha area I could find. The installation took about an hour which was great. The installer also centered the new track as the old one was installed off center, greased/oiled the door, re-aligned the tracks, and other services as well. Big fan. Spring Kings has changed our openers (WiFi connected now, amazing!), replaced old door seals and replaced springs for us. Omaha Door wanted $400 to replace 1 broken torsion spring today, or $175 if I could wait til Wednesday. My next call was to Spring Kings; Jason came out on a SATURDAY and replaced BOTH springs for $199. He also made adjustments to make it operate smoother.
