Gail was always polite, helpful, and generally cheerful. Kevin showed up on time for the initial consultation, I was later given a written proposal, scheduled, and Kevin completed the porch the day scheduled. Had 14 screens replaced ...8 are fine and six are I'll fitting and loose. Tried to work with them on a solution other than not paying for the 6 bad screens (which they volunteered). Completely unhelpful... they look for ways not to help rather than finding a solution. Very poor company. Definitely would not recommend. read more

The back patio of our home in Fountain Hills faces west, and our sunscreens on the entire house, including the sliding patio doors, were about 20 years old. We decided to replace the screens on the back of the house first, and then, next year, we will replace the sunscreens on the front of the house. Marty came out and gave us an estimate for all the screens so that we were able to budget out what we wanted for this year. Marty and Terry showed up exactly on time and finished the work about 6 hours later. Marty is excellent at explaining the process and also how sunscreens work, really appreciate that. The screens look absolutely beautiful, and now we can slide our screen doors open and shut without much effort at all. We are hoping that we see a decrease in our SRP bill this summer. (BTW, SRP offers a rebate for sunscreen installation---be sure to check that out!) Looking forward to having out front sunscreens installed next year.
